Your build is interesting and looks good but I found a few flaws with it.

It's never explicitly said in the cyoa the progenitor strain is already non-contagious so picking it as a drawback for the progenitor strain is just giving yourself free points.

Also the descendant strain does NOT benefit from the 50% cost reduction that your progenitor strain has. So you'll have to redo all that. Furthermore the minor change and humanoid changes will gives points. It's kind of weird that you made that mistake since you got it right when you were designing your progenitor strain.

If you do the math you still come out on a positive number in the end but you could pick way more options if you wanted to.

Would be fun to see what you'd pick if you did it right.

I have a request for after the Eronomicon. This is a bit of a magical realm of mine but it is versatile enough to work with most fetishes.

Susie and Lucy work together on an interactive lewd videogame and you are trapped inside. Standard defeat the demon/monster lord setup ala Monster Girl Quest or One Minute Hero.

Stuff like if you reach 0hp you cum and become a slave (once again ala Monster Girl Quest). You respawn after a set amount of time.

Drawbacks can be things like game features. For example Nightmare difficulty could be a drawback, or maybe something like traveling bosses (aka bosses that wander the land and don't stay in their dungeons all the time). Lower stat gains. Level drain. Etc.

Benefits can be things like expanded character creation, the ability to trap other people into the game, expanded stat gain, higher starting level, etc.

A system to create your own bosses would be cool. As well as pick your own class. Can lower the enemies hp by lewd means or through normal violent means.

It is similar to Deus Vult but it can scratch the level drain fetish I have as well as my lewd damage fetish.

This is the second version of it, it was never completed.
The first was longer but less developed and was a PDF.
The author also started working on a third version last summer about a year after the incomplete second version, it only really made it to a half finished first page before the author disappeared again after a /d/ mod started purging /d/ CYOA threads again..
I still hold out hope that he will reappear again some day and pick up where he left off. If I remember right he said none of them including the longer first version were complete as far as what he wanted it to be and where he wanted it to go.

My suggestion for you in the future, especially if you want to make more content like this in the future, is to include an option for the gender of your master/owner.

Like looking at your current one, there's no reason not to make a three way choice between:

1. Something happens and half/most men turn into traps, the rest become gay/bi or something. So they subjugate the first group into their sissies and expect them to act like girly women. Or else all women become manly men and all men girly sissies and the above happens. You get my point.

2. Your plot happens, but the women remain as women. If your sissies can be impregnated (no reason they couldn't in the first option too btw) then the women use super science/artificial insemination to keep them pregnant.

3. Your plot happens verbatim.
