I'm suddenly very relieved to not be home while this catastrophe sorts itself out. I doubt you'll have enough support from the police, the rest of the government, or the people themselves to actually make good on that. Even if you pass the law no law enforcement agency in their right mind will actually follow through with it.

Not to mention almost all major business owners are now illegally in charge of their business. And most police are employed illegally. Since you know, very few people actually have the time or money to go get all eight badges in a region.

I can't help but feel the E4 has become deluded of their place in society. They are not, and never have been, a truly supreme executive-legislative body. Just another reason I'm glad I never became a trainer. It clearly melts your brain.

Honestly, the law is bad for gyms and the traditions themselves, even if it was a single badge requirement. Citys would actively try and push their gyms to be as 'easy' as possible to promote economic growth, and become just as useless as a high school diploma. It'd just kill the trainer culture while adding another hurdle for the truly poor who probably wouldn't have the money to buy pokeballs to battle with.

Right, there's four pieces meant to hold the partner's abdomen in place, you can see them around the edges.
The actual dick is the part the sticks out - it's on the right side in the top image and the left in the bottom.
