...or rather, I am one.
It would seem my mind dominated the minds of my pokemon, and they vanished. I have their powers, but there was a cost, we knew the risks going in, but it seems in the process of our merging the machine overloaded a very difficult to reproduce component, and un-merging might take years because of it's destruction.
There have been many changes to my body, and my mind, I shall catalog these changes as I discover them here, for the public must know what we have done today.
Firstly, as I have stated, I have access to a mixture of abilities from both my Alakazam and Clefairy. I am capable of minor telekinesis, though it causes my head to ache should I attempt to lift more than approximately two kilograms. My pokedex also registers me as a Psychic/Fairy pokemon of unknown species, though I have no usable abilities from clefairy yet.
In the more physical sense, I have combined traits of Alakazam and Clefairy, my entire body is coated in yellow fur, my ears are now at the top of my head, and much larger, and I have a mustache. I will be removing the mustache shortly, as it seems to have no special properties and does not cause me any more pain to pull at than normal hair.
I also find I am roughly 20 centimeters shorter, and none of my clothes fit. I shall have to request new outfits shortly.

I am sure there are many questions, please, ask them.
