Ah. Sorry. Hadn't quite realized you made it. Sorry if I was a bit harsh.

Also, I understand that 2 Legendary Creatures of the same name can't be on the Battlefield at the same time.
But Coltzan never gives you another Sparky.
Your Shrine cards lets you summon a Sparky, for example, as a chump blocker, a sacrifice, etc.
And then after your next Untap Step, you summon Sparky again.

You can't have more than 1 Sparky out, but you can repeatedly re-create that token. Depending on how fast Sparky dies, every turn maybe.

When in Neopets, there's pretty much never more than 1 "Sparky" created per user.

Which, incidentally, means that you kinda have a Legendary Manalith that can spawn a Legendary Flying chump blocker repeatedly. Never more than 1, but still.
Add to that the option of gaining life if you don't need Sparky or mana, & it's kinda OP.

Again, sorry to be a bit harsh. Just my /tg/ side; I used to play MtG & make custom cards YEARS ago.

My intention with Sparky clearly is a flavor fail now that you put it like that.
I was putting things on it that it gives out, but with Sparky I wanted it to be like you had him. So even if he got hurt, he'd just be healed by the next time you needed him.
If we wanted to be closer to the card game, it'd probably be a sacrifice effect for the Obelisk so that Sparky is only gotten once. (and then be buffed up a bit to make it worth it)
Or the ability would need to be wordy and have something like "if there are no counters on ~, place a counter and then [do the token stuff]". (which STILL gets walked around with other cards that remove counters or make it so counters aren't allowed)

The crafter is Nazegoreng, you can contact her for a quote through her deviantart page (nazegoreng.deviantart.com) or her email which I think is listed in her commission info journal on the same deviantart page.
Couple of warnings though: She's not cheap and she only opens for commissions a couple of times a year, with as far as I know a lot of people competing for slots. She picks commissions at semi-random, leaning more towards stuff she personally likes or designs she finds interesting or thinks will be challenging. For this reason I think she said no more MLP characters after the current batch of commissions since they're so simple and they don't challenge her any more.
She probably won't be done with her current batch for another few months either so if you wanted to get a plush Krawk a bit sooner you'd probably be better off looking for another artist. I can't really remember artist names off the top of my head any more but you'd probably be best scanning through plush maker groups on deviantart, maybe etsy. I know /mlp/ has plush threads that have a list of artists who take commissions, I'm sure some of them do stuff other than ponies so you could start there for artists who do commissions. There's usually a plush thread up on /trash/ but it's usually about putting penises in/on them which isn't my bag

Buzz - I always really like insectoid designs, and Buzz gets the insect feel better than Ruki does imo. Also, Desert Buzz is GOAT

Flotsam - I'm a huge fan of vaporwave, and I thought about making a vaporwave-themed pet

Meercah - Childfu

Chia - One of, if not the most, abstract designs of pets. It's a distinct design that highlights Neopets apart from Digimon, Pokemon, etc., and does it well

Unconverted, it refers to the old artstyle they used for pets prior to the customisation update.

The old artwork for darigan bori in particular give them more stylized claws, a slightly bigger shell and a more canine looking head as opposed to the smoother, mouseish head of other colors and the post conversion artwork

Got a Bang Bang Negg. Should I sell, keep/use, or exchange at the Neggery?

AFAIK, it isn't actually worth anything at the Neggery, as that's usually the case for Neggs; Unless they have a Neggery-value announcement in their description, they probably don't have Negg Token Value, even if they can be PURCHASED at the Neggery.

JN's prices on it are outdated, so going by NC's prices, it usually sells for about 233 NP or less.

JN's prices for the prizes are more up to date than on the Negg itself, & 1 of the 6 items it can give is worth more than its NP pricing by NC.

By NC's pricing, 2 of the items are worth almost 500 NP & 1 is worth a little over 100. The other 3 practially have dirt for sell value.


Not sure how quick a sell it is, but good luck either way. The items might be slow to sell, but you could stand to gain a small profit.


Also, if you want low risk, relatively high reward item gambling, I don't know many, but a Pawkeet Pinata is good.

12 items it can give out, & surprisingly even distribution, giving you 1 Toy & 1 or 2 Food Items per use.
It costs a few hundred NP & is common, thanks to being given out by the Anchor Management Daily.
Most of the items are junk; the Dipped Orange Bonbon only sells for about 100 NP, & the Pirate Hat Toffees sell for about 50 NP.

But the Candy Pirate Earrings & the Jelly Bean Pirate Chest both sell for around 1,500 NP or more, & relatively fast, due to being Gourmet Food items!

TL;DR - A Pawkeet Pinata is cheap, & if you buy 'em en masse, it's easy to make back your profit, due to each yielding 1.5 out of 6 possible food items, 2 of which sell well for around 4 or 5 times the value of the Pinata itself.

They're also Toys, so good if you want to get your pet in a good mood.

Maybe I'm biased because I don't like so much doom & gloom & naysayer talk, buuuttt....

I'd like to think that they wouldn't shut down the site so immediately, considering it still has a lot of content that could potentially be made use in a Mobile game, but may not be easy to import.

Making a mobile version of the site is arguably possible, but again, difficulty of importing.


But really, when the vast majority of their users probably don't or can't play mobile, or some features of Neopets don't work on mobile, deleting the site just seems impractical.

They would lose much of their userbase, as well as NC Mall Spenders. Not to mention users who might have wanted to do both mobile & non mobile might get so angry as to quit.


Mobile is definitely profitable, but killing off the site stands to lose revenue from Premium Users, NC Mall spenders, & users who use the site, including those who help by seeing ads.

And from what I've seen in Editorials, it doesn't seem like Neopets is viewed as dead & in the red yet.

Not to mention, JumpStart is a Subsidiary of NetDragon & has other brands; It's an owned company, so it's questionable if NetDragon bought them specifically for Neopets, & even then, who says ND wants to take over or kill/remake the site?

JS did get bought out, but becoming part of a bigger conglomerate isn't necessarily just because they're dying.
They've been bought out, & are potentially free to do as they wish aside from possible executive meddling & may also be able to be aided by NetDragon's funds or own human resources.
Potentially more money & staff with an increased-but-still-low risk of being interfered with seems like a decent position to go into, IMHO.
