I cracked the .menu and .model structure on how to make a skin colored tail mod. (can also be hair colored or something, whatever)
This is excellent news.

New big fluffy fox tail this weekend fellow stalkers.

I finally unpacked the tengoku mod collection (mods removed from the directories because of a copyright scare) and just threw it into my mod folder. It's 5,8 Gigabyte now. My machine only has 4 gb ram and its hard disk is super slow and full.

If you want to make good screenshots:
Reduce the resolution and turn on Antialiasing to max, then turn on X2 or X4 screenshots in options.

If it's alright to ask some more stuff, I'm trying to find a camera plugin(s) that lets me move/pan the camera, slide the player/maid around the setting, and also adjust the player/maid individually so I can have things line up correctly.

The default plugin in the Sybaris Starter Pack only lets me slide them around. I cannot pan the camera or adjust positions, to my knowledge. I found another plugin that lets me pan the camera, but it doesn't work with the Sybaris one so I can't have both.

Does anyone have the plugins for this?

The tip of the tail doesn't seem as yellow at the bright sections of your skin. It's supposed to be brighter, but it depends on your contrast and brightness settings. Idealy it should be identical to your chest fur.

I want to tweak the texture for the next version (the base also has to be a bit darker so it fits better at the lower back).

I keep getting this error when launching. I have set the locale and timezone to japan, as well as made the game files non read only.
Do you know what could be the cause? I have tried various compatibility modes as well as both the 32 and 64 bit .exe's and I still have the problem.

Yotogi error is a locale error. This means you're doing something wrong.

Uninstall using the installer on the iso, then reinstall after deleting the folder.

Download HF pApploc. Make sure you install the game with japanese local as administrator through it.
Don't use autoplay when you mount the iso. Navigate to the installer and launch it as jap/admin.
Make sure everything you install and every icon you click or launch is jap/admin.
Make sure everything you install is x86, even if you're on a 64 system.

After installing each thing, launch the game to make sure everything's working.

Yooo thanks for posting this.
It works by readjusting the dance camera to make sure that the maid's face is screen. Works well enough for maids that are too small or too big, and can be disabled at any time using Shift+C.

The furry mod repack should be named mod_skin_kmn_normal_i_.mod for example.

The Skin icon looks like a bathing suit and a bathing suit with a G on it (genitals on skin version). You should also have some furry faces as options.

Hey anons, sorry for being so dumb but I seem to be experiencing problems. I've downloaded the game from the torrent and all it gives me is a .bat to add the games keys to the registry.

After setting my system locale to Japanese and running the .bat as an admin, I them click on the CM3D application. (I'm still using the Japanese locale) Then it pops up with the games launcher.

I click the big enticing button that seems like it would be a play button. Then, I get a window that's nothing but black and has what seems to be an FPS counter in the upper left and an options icon in the upper right. Clicking the options icon gives me a few choices to click on and none of them do anything. (Aside from the camera. The camera icon just makes the little settings menu go away).

Is there anything I'm doing wrong? Or do I just need to download the game through the mega mirror instead?
