Umbreon is the defensive core of your team. You'll want powerful wallbreakers to abuse that, something to take care of Pokemon with Taunt, and a support Pokemon.
Aegislash already covers Umbreon's Fighting and Fairy weaknesses, so I wouldn't worry too much on that end.

It's fine, depending on how you plan on using them.
Some Pokemon can work well on a team without their Mega Evolution - Scizor, Metaross, Tyranitar, Blaziken.
For some it's mandatory to be viable - Charizard, Beedrill, Pidgeot.
Having two Pokemon capable of it makes things a tad bit harder for your opponent to predict, so as long as he isn't trying to shove a Pidgeot and as Beedrill onto his team it should be fine.

You'd have a strong wallbreaker in Metagross.
Mega Venusaur is a support/stall Pokemon and Mega Blastoise and the Mega Charizards are all great wallbreakers, so it depends on preference there.
However, with Metagross and Aegislash you'd be doubling up on weaknesses, so finding something to take care of Ground, Fire, Dark, and Ghost would be important.

It was over the course of five months but uh...
My sister died, my mom became basically a um... an empty husk and... and... I got raped by a Lunala three times, Annie got kidnapped and almost killed for trying to help me...
Um.... The Lunala hired a group of criminals to get me and uh... They stole one of my Pokemon and the Pokemon of a girl who tried to help and um... I also broke my knees trying to get away at one point...
And then later I got stung and raped by a Nihilego...
I'm probably missing some stuff.
I made friends with Rayquaza and Ho-Oh though!
