I don't see how being a furfag makes him a worse director, and I certainly don't give a shit about Moore's propensity for shitposting. Byron is leagues above Moore in vision alone, in my opinion. There are quite a few shots in Tangled that really speaks to his eye as a director, while Wreck-It-Ralph did not amaze me in the slightest.

Not that anon, but here Trisha in the story isn't a ghost. It is still implied that the ghost is Nick, just Trisha shows up as, yet again, a bar waitress who is fascinated with Judy, only this time for being "the doe who bought the haunted mansion".

Personally, I don't mind Trisha being used by this specific author, because she is just a bubbly, somewhat flirty girl and that is it. He doesn't write her like the original author of Trisha did, who had her move on from Judy to a canine male pretty quickly, and even fooled around a little with Judy in between. And that was in the main story, not the side story where he deleted the smut chapters that were stated to have no connection.

I do understand >>10050323 though; it really is unneeded. It kind of feels awkward at the moment, though hopefully the OC just remains "there" and not the focus.

I had considered doing something really short and silly as a sort of "palate cleanser" bonus fic, but this one took up so much of my time trying to get it right that I never got around to it.
I'll probably make my next piece more lighthearted so people don't start worrying about me.

Really glad to know.
It's a tricky thing with this kind of genre, because you want it to be a slow burn at the start so the reader gets into the mood, but when you heighten the action you start to worry if it's getting too rushed, so you have to use your instincts and hope you reach a balance.

That was my reaction too; I get it, she is suppose to be busty. Just state that and move on; with Judy staring, it gvies her the "mary sue" vibe of the girl that has everyone attracted to her.

On a serious note, the author for this ghost story is full on WildeHopps, with his main fic being Judy basically attached to Nick for the rest of her life, Nick "mated for life" to her and neither being attracted to anyone else. So I doubt Trisha will be anything like her 'original' self.

Hey /ZTG/ quick question.

Human infants are the most helpless creatures on earth. They are born utterly unable to do anything, beside lying and crying.

Every other mammals species, while the cub/kit etc might not be lively as a newborn ungalate, standing around and followng it's mom in less than a day, they are at least capable to crawl towards their moms and look for a nipple.

But why are humans so weak. So articles I've read, connected this issue to the intelligence. Because human brain is more complex it's development needs more time than the rest of the body. The neurological and cognitive development finishes only months after the actual birth because of that, and reaches that of a chimpazee newborn only 10 months after birth.

While I like the idea of having zoot newborns more active like their real life couterparts, their itelligent would suggest that they also need this 10 month plus phase after birth before they start to actually move around.

What do you think. Zoot babies are born helpess lump crying machines or little crawling nipple homing rockets?

Someone later invented the concept for the need of them probably by speading fear similiar to what Bellwether did. I mean, it's pretty obvious that if Judy did not stop bellwether her plans would have involved opressing the predators in a way, to give the city a sense of security for a non-existant danger.

Maybe they didn't knew how bad it was at first. They tought it really goes only off by extreme anger, and some might've feared that they really could go savage (for example: Anneke from Pack Street questions whenever it could happen to her, and what it would be like)

The story was and stayed about "using fear to manipulate the masses". Only the timeline and the outcome of the plan changed.

That was only a small part.

The bigger part was that the plot was going nowhere. Every turn just added more to the setting, but the characters didn't have any goals. What was Nick trying to do? What was Judy trying to do beyond find out more about Nick? The eweminatti was doing something, but it wasn't related to the heros.

Second, it suffered because it tried to have it's theme and its character too. NW wanted both Nick and Judy to be woefully oppressed. Nick because he's a predator and Judy because of some "bunny tax". Which subverted the split between predator and prey. If both are oppressed, theres less of a difference in their perspectives.

Finally the idea that the city itself is immersed in this oppresive ideology is undermined because we learn that literally everything is organized by the eweminatti. it's not because the people in the city are flawed.

Hi all,

I have something to share with you; something sad.

In August I completed the writing for a visual novel of some 20k words. It's a Canidae sim, essentially. It includes dateable characters and multiple endings, both good and bad. The writing and programming are finished.

Unfortunately, the art has been a struggle. I ended up not being able to rely on some contributors and amicably parted ways. The work finally fell to my wife, who perhaps should have been doing it from the start.

Due to recent events, that won't be happening, and the project is essentially dead.

Since that's the case, I don't see why I need to hide it, so I'll share with you a sketch roster of most (it's missing some villains) of the characters.

It is technically heterosexual, yes, they are male and female. The debate is that those distinctions don't matter when the species in question are so different from each other. A fox knows what is attractive in their species, male or female, but they probably don't know what is attractive in, say, a rabbit. I just think people are either trolling or watched the wrong movie when they kill off either character and make the story last for more than few chapters. Yeah I get it he/she died, abloo abloo king of feels. The reason I enjoyed them in the movie was the interaction of them, not Judy not Nick, not the rich exchanges from Nick and Finnick, not the Shakesperian interactions of Judy and Fru Fru, not the page turning dialogue of Judy and her parents or enlightening interactions of Clawhauser and Bogo. You kill off Judy or Nick, or keep them apart 90% of the story, you better have amazing writing skills to make something else as interesting as it.

Given, a lot of times fanfics make the interactions a bit dull, but it is still more interesting than what people do with most other characters.

Maintaining consistency is the crux of all this. I had worked with two in-community artists who initially agreed (and were paid, not in full) but eventually could not keep up their end of the obligation. I love both of them still. It's just a lot.

Here's the structure of the story (I wrote it in twine and then transferred it to a VN program).

It's actually bigger than this because of another character/plotline/endings added since then.

As someone who is trying to write both Nick and Judy being screwups for once rather than Judy hurts Nick and St. Nick must find in himself to forgive her, are these secrets "Nick has a favor with a drug lord and now he must pay them up" or "Nick dislikes something about Judy but won't tell her"?
