Realistically?

If it's human-level intelligence, even a dragon my size would easily defeat me.
I'm in good shape from a physically demanding job and daily bicycle rides to and fro, but I'm nowhere near the level of a predatory killing machine in fitness, strength or experience.
I can't use a lance, and my armor is clumsy compared to a dragon's scales.

Fire breath to blind me, quick bash to displace my lance, and gap close within seconds. My weapon is useless in the ensuing grapple, my punches and kicks are useless, and I lose within seconds.

I dont know its some 'fuckin Dragons in'it?

In case you don't get it I want to clarify:

whales are mammals for a reason other than their visible appearance. You can apply the same analogy to dragons and wyverns. They are probably more closely related to each other than they are related to crocodiles, so there would probably be a group that includes both of them but not crocodiles. Most people are comfortable to call this group "Dragons" and so am I.

If you don't like this and can scientifically prove it that your way is the only correct way of classifying them, there is a way to make this a globally accepted standard you can go through it if you want to. Until you do that you have to accept that people interpret "Dragon" differently and most non-autistic people are happy to call wyverns dragons.

I don't think this would be true.
Wyverns are a plausible kind of tetrapod.
Dragons on the other hand are vertebrate hexapods something that has no comparison in real life and if they were real I'd think they wouldn't be very closely related to tetrapods at all let alone closer to wyverns than crocodiles.

The primary problem here is that we don't know their past since they are not real. Ignoring any kind of magic for now and say that evolution somehow created them, it is possible that wyverns were dragons but for some reason evolution took away their legs. After all it's less weight to carry. There is a real animal that is undergoing a similar evolutionary process of losing limbs right now (Anguis fragilis). Looks like a snake but is not.

Because it's not real it all is subject to interpretation. If we stay within the bounds of evolution it could also have gone the other way, wyverns becoming dragons because they were too immobile on the ground.

I don't think that slaying, I'm not proficient with a lance, but I think I can take down one barehanded if it is my size. Their tail is their biggest weakness in that case, you can stomp it to cause it pain and have 1 or 2 seconds of advantage, where you can proceed to its arms.
Now it depends. If its neck is long you can expect it to bite you to defend itself, and that wouldn't be nice, and blocking both neck and arms at the same time would be very difficult and would require a lot of skill and strength.

It can hit you with its tail too, but it's not as dangerous as its teeth and claws.

But anyways, you definitely need to get behind it as soon as possible, that way you are not as susceptible to their bites and fire attacks.

To reduce a dragon barehanded would certainly not be easy and very dangerous, but not impossible.

Their tail would be their weakest point, an almost always grounded extension of the body which would make parry or dodge attacks much more complicated.
They might be armored as fuck with hard scales, but those would weigh a lot, and for each extra kilogram you sacrifice agility and response time, so parrying its attacks would be easier but blocking them would be more painful. Those would defend a lot against an armed opponent, but if you are dealing with an opponent which counts on twisting and fracturing your bones they don't have much effect.

Anyways, outcome would be very different if the dragon we're talking about is on 2, 4 feet or no feet like a snake, because on what do you have to do to reduce its mobility.

Well, it's on the lower end of expensive, as far as commissions go, especially if it isn't colored (from what I've seen karno works almost exclusively in b&w). Not outrageous though, it's just that you'd be paying a premium to get a particular artist
