I think that repetitive style might come from the fact that he's a quick sketch/cartoon artist.

I remember when I commissioned him like 8 years ago, he drew the rough sketch amazingly fast, in maybe 5 minutes or so. Was pretty ridiculous.

But yeah, even as someone who likes BB's art, I agree that the way he draws breasts/facial expressions is a bit repetitive. But I won't complain about more blimp-tits on all sorts of canon characters. He's pretty good at drawing canon characters on-model.
