My Holo Nendo came in today. It's probably the loosest Nendo I've ever owned, don't get me wrong it's really well made and cool but I feel like her tail, and the rope thing and her bottom waist come off way too easy. This is also the first Nendo I've ever gotten with long hair, never really thought about it before but posing is kind of a pain with it in the way. I mean I know I can remove it and then put it back on after posing, but some positions just don't work with it. Never realized how easy I had it with the Matsuno nendos ugly bowl haircuts not getting in the way. Over all I'm still pretty pleased with it.

I'm looking forward to using my pop team nendo stuff on Tracer.

They seem pretty good. A bit limited in places due to the super deformed nature. The head sometimes wants to fall off because of it's weight to peg ratio but it goes right back on and it's not "problem level" lose.

So I just bought my first Nendos, Kirby and Metaknight, and I can safely say they'll be my last. I know they're both authentic. Kirby's hats not staying on for shit/the dome shape being warped in the hats is a pretty irritating issue, also the weight of the hats is ridiculous, they clearly shouldve been a hollow ABS or something. The faceplates not locking in but being entirely based on friction means the faceplates have some give and mine all like to be offcenter. The sword/star rod connection is flimsy and just feels bad. Its appearance is fantastic, but it can't even stand on its own. I mean, if the QC of the build was on par with the paintjob, it'd be worth the price, but I know others have had some of these issues, so I'd have to say it's overpriced. Metaknight's body separation is really loose, joints separate weirdly and the tightness/looseness of joints is all over the place, the wrist joints are near useless and there shouldve instead been upper shoulder joints.

And considering the only good joints on these are the magnets I can't imagine other nendoroids having good joints setups for shit. I could be wrong, but most of what I've seen has suggested I'm not, just based on engineering and joint placement.

I'm glad you guys can all overlook genuine issues like these, but there's no way this line is as incredible as its made out to be. It's weirdly overhyped like Figmas.

I'm not having a hard time, it just has qc issues. Again, the hat issue was experienced by others, if you didn't have it, congrats, but you're not everyone. The faceplates being offcenter is the same thing, and it not being able to stand is something everyone who owns it knows it cant do without a third support.

For what it's worth, my Kirby has a warped Sword hat while the Fire hat is fine. And I don't think the inability to stand can really be considered a QC issue when they were upfront about it from the outset; a questionable design choice more than anything. I've found you can get him to stand by sticking the unused arm to his ass to create an awkward tripod formation - not the most elegant solution, but you can at least set up a pose in your display where the "third leg" is concealed from view.

I find the line fun due to the design aspects of the characters and acessory choices with swap potential but never "incredible". Though it sucks about your experience with Kirby and Metaknight. I'm so use to the standard Nendoroid setup that Kirby felt refreshing and something I tend to mess with every so often more than some Nendos I pose once or twice and leave alone unless an idea pops up.

If you take a couple of those angled peg-extender-bits from Figma stands and plug them into each other, it works reasonably well for what you described. I think the issue a lot of people are having with Kirby is that he's very much a Nendoroid (with all the quirks that entails) when people were expecting something more conventional. Like, Nendos are designed under the assumption that people will be using the stands because they're necessary 90% of the time. That isn't an issue with most of them, because everyone can tell just by looking at the average Nendo that it won't stand on its own with that big head and little feet, but Kirby's proportions are close enough to the original character that it takes people by surprise when they find out that he too was designed with the assumption of a stand. Granted, they really could've had the best of both worlds by including a pair of alternate feet with flat bottoms so that folks could display him either way. Maybe they'll do something like that with a future release, considering that Ice Kirby also comes with a new face and hands for vanilla Kirby.

Friend bought Young Nagato at a Singapore con. Weird that gsc hasn't released any info or official pics yet. No idea if she's an event exclusive or not.

I were aboout to say it was a bootleg, but GSC have not listed a 767 nendo in their page yet,I guess this version will be an event exclusive figure and it will be soon announced in the GSC site
Maybe we'll get an alternate version for Mutsu too?
