The Volks store in Hongdae has a small selection of figures and kits.

There is one store, I thought it was in yongsan, I never went though. Wish I was more help. Peach airlines does have cheap japan fair tho, I paid less than $150 for roundtrip, add a hostel and you can do a weekend getaway.

There is the dongdaemon toy alley but its mostly figet spinners and transformers and lego knockoffs. There is a gundum base in yongsan but other then that not really much there.
My cousin once removed gave me a bunch of his figma stuff tho because he said he was too "old" for toys
