Oh fuck, I love those Mickey shorts but I've never seen those before.

I may be wrong, but I'm pretty sure you can only get those at Disney parks. I saw them at D-Street in Downtown Disney this past week.
They look pretty cute, but I didn't want to spend $20 on a box and get one I didn't like.
