Well no shit, the Max Gokin is like 3x the price.

I own the original and pissed off they made extra DLC parts for this that were pricier than the figure itself.

Not really, its a little cheaper than the SoC+expansion set was going for on Mandarake, and really if you get the SoC solo the face is just garbage. It lacks all the extra accessories but its a much nicer figure and worth spending a little more.
