I always had luck finding sellers that undervalue in Japan but I wonder if proxy shipping services exist for european countries.
The nearest I ever saw was Nippon-Yasan with their proxy shipping program for things you order from them. But instead of not having to pay taxes/toll you just give them the 19% so they pay for you which is pretty useless.
