Well, I picked up the retail version, he's just kinda not worth it. The paint that survived (Face, symbols, white cloth, sandals) is in the right places, but the head's a darker white and the scar that's there combine to make him look like a bald old man

They're too rare to fetch a street price, it's up to the buyer to decide what the individual wants to pay. I've seen loose figures without the guns or packaging for $40 and NIB ones for as much as $100. Possibly more if it's a con exclusive version, up to $150. Those are the first wave TMNT 2012 figures. They've been repainted and are circulating currently with pupils and colored knee/elbow pads.

You'll probably have to poke around on ebay for the original releases, but I don't think they'll cost much? I mean they were made by the thousands. Good figures.
