Pre-Orders may not be up for it yet, since it's due out in November. If a site sells the Proplica Sailor Moon line now, odds are they'll bring in the Gurren Lagann piece too.
Be prepared to pay $80+ shipping for it.

>$80+ shipping for it.
it's from Mars?

I see now it goes up on july 3rd for 8100 yen. I know Bandai loves their exclusives but i hope it isn't.
Anyone here read moon? Im curious as to what the site says. How many audio files are on it and if it has the full songs or just 30 second snippets.
Were the sailor moon ones good quality? Because this looks very cheap for a 80 dollar toy.

I've seen Sailor Moon Proplica's for sale in my local comic shop, and they're still available online. I'd put odds that this won't be an exclusive, but don't quote me on that.
>10cm long
>Uses 3 LR44 batteries
>multiple voice clips of Kamina (check the samples in the green border box on the bottom)
>plays Happily Ever After.
I couldn't tell you if it'll play the whole song or not, but I know the Sailor Moon Proplica sound bytes can get pretty long, so it should play the OP version of it at the very least. Any other info, you might have to wait for a store to set up the english details.
The Sailor Moon proplica's are all nicely made, and are designed to the scale they're meant to be in the source material (nice for cosplayers, if you're into that). Buttons and battery latches are all well hidden, and don't typically mess with the design. Sturdy plastics, too, they can handle a little rough treatment.
The SM brooches and wands have more details to them than the Core Drill, but they're typically well done, so they shouldn't fuck this up.
Didn't something like this come with revo gurren lagaan?

That's good to hear. I might just bite the bullet on this then. Thanks.
aw man, i really wish it were somehow diecast. looks kinda cheap for $80
I normally don't shit on other peoples hype, but that fucking thing doesn't look interesting at all.
I also wouldn't even call it a toy, it's more like an talking necklace. 80 dollars for that? You're better off making your own.

I felt the same way when they showed that digivice. I suppose you have to be a fan to get excited for it.

But that one doesnt glow or play sound effects/voice lines/or https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9vYbu9XMXvE

Could this lead to SOC GL?!
>>6396026
surprised there hasn't been any new figures for the anniversary.
>>6395957
i would have gotten it if it made that spiral base light up like in the show but other wise yeah no
>>6396178
seems like a missed opportunity.

Would personally prefer RD. Price would be lower and if it does well, we could get more Gunmen.
>>6396399
It wouldn't have the transformation though. At least I assume it wouldn't.
>>6396426
What would you even want for transforming? Are you referring to the combing? Would actually make for a terrible toy.
Gurren's body normally and when it combines into Gurren Lagann have completely different proportions. Arms and legs are normally thicker, entire torso is bulkier, etc. You incorporate a transforming gimmick, you'd hinder the toy as a whole.
Would just be better to do a good figure and have parts swapping for drills and such.

not perfect, but not a train wreck either.
