Aw man, I want a Scrooge McDuck.
I'm considering getting Scrooge. Don't care about the rest
>>6372709
Happy New Year to you too.
>>6372709
Why are these so expensive?
I want Donald, Scrooge, and Daisy but I don't like the idea of dropping almost $300 on them.
Here for Scrooge too.
Ever since I heard these existed I've wanted a Scrooge. I'd sell a kidney for a high quality Scrooge figure.
God, I hope they re-release Donald too. He goes for retarded money on the secondary market.

He has been re-released, you can purchase him from the company's website
Have you guys not bought any of these figures? The promo pics look awesome, but the figs don't live up to the promo pics or price point.
I'm a huge Donald fan and bought him when he first came out. The figures are basically an internal metal core that's with a soft rubbery body. The rubber is so soft that any slight scratch or indentation from posing the figure marks it permanently. Also, Donald has additional issue because a lot of his body is white. And again, the rubber is so soft that it can absorb colors from things that touch it. Right out of the package mine had some blue bleeding into his white lower body from his shirt.
This was probably one of the most disappointing figures I've ever bought. It's been a few years since that figure came out, so maybe things have changed, but if they haven't then you guys should know what you're getting into.

> "Hybrid Metal"
These are going to be stupidly overpriced aren't they?
>>6374258
Thanks for this, was about to purchase Donald today. Sucks.
>>6374258
I appreciate this heads up as well. I've had zero experience with these things before.
>>6374258
Huh, the wizard's apprentice Mickey I got some time ago doesn't have these issues far as I know. That's weird.

>Hey this intro is great
>Watch clip from the show
These voices are horrendous.

>NO Webby holding her Webby dolly.
Life is suffering.

>>6374360
Glad to help. Hopefully I can save some of you the disappointment and money that I'd spent.

Don't know. Donald was the only one I've ever bought. Maybe they were doing something different with him, or they fixed those issues since then?
I got Donald when he was first released, and I took pics for a review to show these problems. Unfortunately I was so disheartened by the figure I didn't write the review and the pics didn't make it when I bought my new computer. So I only have my experience to pass on.
At the very least you guys might want to do some research and check out different reviews before sinking a bunch of money into the line.
>>6375093
Fair. But damn, having adult collector figures of Scrooge, Donald and the boys is really hard to pass up.
>>6375093
>>6375148
Guys like you are the ones responsible for their not being a Webby figure. You don't even care shes not part of the line up even though she was just a big a part of DuckTales as the boys were. You haven't even noticed or acknowledge that she's been omitted from the line up. You are to blame, and it breaks my heart.
>>6375171
shut up Webby no one lieks u
>>6375171
I'm not talking about DuckTales. I don't care about Webby, Bubba, Doofus, Mrs Beagley or any of the other shitty DuckTales OCs.
I'm talking about one of the greatest comic books of all time.
Call me when they announce Gizmoduck.
Or a Merlock and Genie.
>>6372699
>toys of the Disney Ducks
FUCKING AWESOME
>made by a company that makes diecast toys with diecast joints
FUCKING GARBAGE
I really want Scrooge and Donald though
>>6374196
Do you think they look similar?
>>6375171
Webby stays in the "special" dungeon.
Damn iiiiiiit. My Scrooge boner is so strong but there are zero good figs. Scrooge is a cultural icon, what does he have to do to get some plastic love?
>>6374029
No. It was just for the three. The image for Donald was to show the accessories that come in the three pack that can be used for him. This was later clarified.
>>6374258
I've loved my Donald since I got it. Mine has none of the problems yours had and it's been several years. Sorry you had bad luck.
>>6376493
>there will never be a Life and Times lineup of Scrooge figures
why even live.
>>6375192
I like Launchpad.
>>6376508
Oh, how wonderful, anon! I guess all the other owners that had the same issues and blasted them on the forums also had bad luck. What terrible LUCK!
>>6382100
Sounds like it to me.
>>6375212
>die cast gizmoduck
>>6382146
WITH a removable Fenton Crackshell.
>>6375212
Would buy Merlock & Genie... or Merlock transformed into the griffin thing.
>>6375192
I have a statue of that
>>6375192
Go back to bed, Don.
>>6383707
I'd love Merlock and all of his animal forms. Even the roach.
Genie could come with the creepy living stuffed animals.
Yes, I want far more from this line than they'd ever consider.
