...An articulated snake, huh?
>>
>>6338136
pretty reasonable priced too
>>
>>6338136
On one hand, it only has 3 points of articulation. On the other hand, it uses those points well. I'd get it if it was like 5 dollars instead of 20, though.

>>
Tsuchinoko have to be the most mundane cryptid ever. Good looking figure though.
>>
>>6339163
since they made nessie, i'm hoping for jersey devil or mothman next
>>
>>6339163
>Tsuchinoko have to be the most mundane cryptid ever
I recall the metaphor of this snake is that some things are extremely rare and highly sought after but when they're finally obtained they turn out to be disappointing. So it's probably mundane on purpose.
>>
>>6339175
I don't think there are any actual metaphors or sayings for Tsuchinoko like that. It was an urban myth creature that got really popular in the 70's. I think at one point there was a big prize money for capturing a real one so that fueled the myth even further, but nobody found it.

So Tsuchinoko does get brought up as an example of looking for something that doesn't exist or impossible to find.

I like this UMA category though. Hope to see Jinmenken (dog with human face) and other Japanese UMAs besides the popular worldwide ones. Ohh and little greys and UFOs too.
>>
>>6339163
Bigfoot is just a fucking gorilla. Mtolo mkembe and nessie are just fucking dinosaurs.
>>
>>6340090
A FUCKING DINOSAUR is way more cool than a chubby snek (still ordered the cute little bastard though).
>>
>>6340175

>>6339299
Bigfoot/Yeti is likely, they're well-known cryptids worldwide. For Japanese stuff, I'm guessing a kappa will get made, and like Tsuchinoko will be detailed to look like a mishmash of extant creatures for realism.

I want an articulated Skyfish.
>>
>>6339163
Fat snake is adorable.
Who cares if it isn't particularly menacing.
>>6339299
I collect grey figures but I would rather have some other aliens.
Flat Woods Monster, Hopkinsville Goblin, Shmoo, and Mothman especially.
>>
>>6339163
I hate the idea that every cryptid has to be this super mysterious, scary and physically imposing thing. With that said...some of the most famous cryptids aren't all that interesting either but they'd probably fuck you up if you got near them.

Chubby snake is cute.
>>
>>6338153
A fat-ass, dishonest, alcoholic snake.
yep I need this

I believe he did, he just ignored the talking snake. Eve fell for the combination of lies and truth, snake promised her she would have babies if she ate the fruit. That's where the 'power of gods' comes in. And since God commanded them to populate the earth it was a bit of a catch 22 since they couldn't populate without the knowledge of the fruit.

So, in a way, Adam WAS decieved by the serpent.

He was betrayed by his penis.

Tsuchinoko isn't even a cryptid. Cryptozoologists insist on trying to be scientific and dismissing folklore because of the spiritual aspect. No one thinks a biologically plausible Tsuchinoko exists, because it wouldn't be able to move, as snakes need to curve their spine to crawl around the ground.

Since it's a BJD thing it probably costs hundreds of dollars. Pass even though it does look good.

I love cryptids and other unexplained phenomenon I'd love a good Flatwoods Monster figure. Mothman would be grneat, too
