For mine, I just cropped my picture to a circle and put it over the hole, is there a better way to do it? I use paint.net

Whatever works for you. Go for it.

>open a template in gimp/paint.net/your favourite editor of choice
>add a new layer
>put your image there
>scale your image down so it fits in the circle
(turn the transparency down a bit if you're not sure if it fits)
>put the template layer over your photo
