Is this a gud burd?
Also, did three other ones

good borb. c:

i rarely see pigeon plush figures. I like that you include some less recognizable birds. I think that would be unique and a bit more interesting than "classic" birds like eagles and penguins that have a million different plush designs.
Bourd.

Thanks guys. I'm trying to have some ideas for tomorrkw. I think i'll do a seriema, a secretary, a terror bird, and a bearded vulture.

Burd
I love the vulture! They're one of my favs, so it'd be great to see a nice plush.

How will the hyacinth macaw stand without nails through its feet?
I hope I can recreate this
>>6295152
as an aside, I would absolutely kill for an articulated Pidgeon
Other burds made, as promised

For me it's the McChicken, the best fast food sandwich

Actually, i forgot to mention that the macaw abd the penguin are plush animalsi have that i was drawing by memory. The others are my designs, though.
Hell yeah, we need more plush makers on this board! Do you have fabrics in mind yet? Have you made plushies before?
If you're new to it, I suggest starting with scale side and front view drawings. If you need tutorials to get started, I can provide some.

Excellent burd choices.
Nice burds, they're ok.
Good birbs would buy
>those angry eyebrows
MAD BIRBS

Would buy the everliving fuck out of a terror bird.
I actually did own a REALLY nice Hyacinth Macaw plushie, full size. I got it at the Lowry Park Zoo in Tampa, they had a lot of birds you don't usually see in plush form.
OP, would you take a crack at a frigatebird in your style?
These are cute! The proportions and stylings are reminescent of classic Beanie Babies, they'd probably look good done in minky.
Thanks for the replies and support, bruhs

Right now i'm just making designs haha. I might sew them up futurely. I have made some "plushies" before, but they aren't very plush-y, they're more like flat fabric dolls. The bird designs i made would be plush plushes, though. Maybe when i graduate i'll start my own business. Who knows.

I'm not sure if the colors are right, i just imagine terror birds being brown or black haha
>>6298601
Tomorrow i'll do a set with water birds (frigate, stork, pelican, seagull, albatross, puffin, osprey)
>>6298817
Just searched minky fabric, this would be nice.
make a shoebill anon!!!!!!!!!!

Assuming you're in Burgerville, use Minkyboutique instead of Fabric.com. It's a little bit cheaper, and their minimum order 1/2 yard instead of a full yard.
It's a good idea to study the construction and seam placement of mass produced plushies before you go making your own.

Yes do this please
>>6295152
jesus how innocent are you

I was also strongly reminded of beanie babies birds that I have/have seen, BUT that's not necessarily a bad thing. Say what you want about them, beanie babies are high quality (even if you don't like the recent bug-eyed beanie boos look, they're still well made).
OP, you should do a hummingbird!

Cute
Maybe a Kakapo next, OP? Love these things, I've drunkenly donated quite a substantial amount of money to them.
