I always hear good things about Magician's Red but I haven't handled him personally. The World is a nice bulky SAS and poses decently, Star Platinum is another good one with some decent color variation.

I rarely hear much on Hierophant Green and Silver Chariot is a decent choice also.

I want to say that the anime influenced their decisions a lot, but they made a lot of weird choices; like they made a really strange color choice on PB Dio, they skipped rereleasing the pillar men, gave us a couple new colorways for part 3 that I don't even know who the fuck wants(I say that as the guy who gets the colors nobody else wants), totally skipped over rereleasing half the figures for part 4 and caused them to spike and gave us another goddamned Rohan, randomly rereleased Giorno and Buccellati a bunch, left part 6 with an anemic cast and started dabbling in other IP's.

I legit consider just selling most of my SAS' because I can't even have Foo to round out my part 6 squad, can't even have Weather's stand to console myself about not having Foo, and can't even have C-Moon or Made in Heaven to pose with Pucci.

I would say at least I can look forward to the part 7 figs, but I feel like they'll just skip Tusk Act 4 and I'll want to shoot myself.

They will skip it. If anything it's an easy pass off to Di Molto Bene as a Statue Legend and I'm not too sure how good they are generally versus other statue makers.

Going into other IP's are fine to me but they need to actually focus it in versus small one-shot releases or random bursts like Tokyo Ghoul or Drifters right now. Unless they go for somewhat cheap licensing costs to make a small figure line release, I'm still curious on how that Kiriyu Kazuma Yazuka SAS would've come out back then since they had an apparent chance to make him.

We just have to see how 2017 turns out with Summer WF and Winter.

I can live without all the other holy grails for now (such as Okayasu or Kira 2nd, being side characters and all) but having one of the main Jojo's being so far out of reach is literal pain

People like her character. Even a few months post release I believe, anon's noticed how tricky it can be to find her. Even with her annoying loose elbow pieces and colorway choices (1st and WF) the demand sort of stuck around.

Kira's head positioning should be eye to eye with Josuke since he's looking away oddly. Depending on how you feel on the head, use Josuke angry face to match up Crazy Diamond.

Personally I would take advantage of stray cat and removable ab to display Killer Queen as he's prepping to launch an air bubble attack and have Crazy Diamond take a chance and rush in since he's within distance, try to test a flight punch of look like Crazy Diamond is either winding up a punch or have it close in on Killer Queen's head.

Think up the scenario first and hell, maybe draw out a basic idea of the fight setup would look like and see what you can do with each figure.

Ordered a Killer Queen Second, snapped the hand joint trying to take the hand off. Upon closer inspection, it was glued in. Anywhere I can get replacement joints?

Me and my girlfriend got into an argument, and after she smashed my computer I threw some of her JoJos out of our 8th floor apartment window. When we made up and apologized we said that we'd rebuy the stuff we broke for each other. She said a few of them were really expensive, 2 clear ones and some exclusive convention ones. I live with her, I know I've seen the clear ones. I thought she had 3 or maybe even 4 but she said there were only 2. Maybe she's letting me off easy haha I'm positive there were 4. Technology is replaceable and unless you are a severe hoarder it's not something people form sentimental/nostalgic attachments too. It's a tool that you will one day replace when something better comes along. So while it's still a big issue if someone replaces the TV with another one the next week you are just temporarily inconvenienced at worst and maybe less trustful of them around your other things you do care about more.

When it comes to toys you have the nostalgia/emotion toward the anime/manga/etc itself plus the memories of taking care of it, posing it and treating it well over the years. Even if someone replaces it in the same exact condition (which is impossible to truly know) that was treated with similar care it's STILL not the thing you specifically owned all those years. Even something as simple as different joint tolerances or tiny paint flaws (or even lack of the flaws yours had) may be enough to trigger negative emotions making you wished you still owned the one you originally bought. It's sorta like giving someone counterfeit art replicas to replace the original, it's just not the same.

So destroying stuff that falls into that category takes a special kind of asshole who doesn't appreciate the attachments people form to the things and people around them. Even if your in a rage there is a point at which you must have self control such as not murdering, raping, beating or destroying things you know will hurt someone the most. Emotional harm is just as bad as physical harm, sometimes worse because it doesn't heal like the body can. I would call someone who doesn't particularly feel immensely guilty about something like this a sociopath. Of course the GF had no way of knowing if he had similarly emotional attachments to files on the PC so she is just as fucking bad here. I'm in no way putting pussy on a pedestal.

You're a moron. If someone breaks your TV and replaces it then you have been made whole emotionally and financially. If someone breaks something rare, sentimental or one of a kind you can never be made whole no matter what they do.

When it comes to toys you have no idea how the replacement was treated over the years. A good example is how some older Revoltech had severe issues with developing super sticky plastic if cared for improperly. Mine STILL don't have any sticky issues because I cared for them so well. With other toys you'll only find out years later the replacement was abused because it will deteriorate faster and start having problems before all the other stuff you personally cared for. There is a reason collectors value their collections so much and don't want replacements.

Also I can point to all kinds of shit that has no monetary value that people cherish. Doesn't make it more ok to destroy it because it's not some 4K TV. You sound like an awful person to be in a relationship with if you don't get this.

I bought a Jotaro and Kakyoin back when they were released (around 2013-2014, I really don't remember), then took a break (life, college, jobs, adult stuff, etc.) and started again last year with a Giorno and Bruno.

I realized that I want a lot of these, but I'll go little by little (like buy 1 or 2 every month) as a little treat. The most that I want are from part 5, so I'll start collecting from there. I'd be so happy if they release more from part 7.

What's with the general hate of part 3?
I have the main cast + stands and don't really have a problem with them. They look great together and on a shelf where everyone is posed the height difference doesn't bother me that much... Only one I kinda hate is Avdol because the coat sculpt kinda gets in the way which is a shame because Magician's Red is amazng.

I guess anon's want to give info or call those posts out. The collection lists have been posted before and demand pops up every so often but it's just seeing how other anon's collections are growing. If anything I wish more anon's posted up shots, displays, and ideas they want to develop for SAS setups than the same checklist posts. Things have gotten stale due to slow release schedule on JJBA SAS. No one really gives much of a shit on Drifters and especially RWBY SAS.

Also I don't really feel a general "hate" is there but an annoyance at the scale of some versus more modern SAS offerings. The stand SAS are fine releases for the most part but I wouldn't mind a "2.0" treatment on Jotaro and Polnareff.

Thanks! I know I need to get rid of the boxes and replace em with real risers. I have some metal bar risers, but they're almost not big enough to hold the base of the figures. On top of that, the front of each level on the rise is slanted downward just a bit, enough that if the figure isn't on there perfectly, it'll want to slide forward. If I used them, I'd be much more limited on how I could pose the figures on them and constantly paranoid that one in the back might slide forward and take everything in front with it.

I'd say just rip the songs and back them up on your PC or whatever. The balance will be pretty iffy unless you just use the cases but if it's just the disc's then test the balance and see what you can set up. Maybe use the untouched side so it shines a bit under light but I guess it also depends on what background will be used. Wrong St. Gentleman bag and maybe his watch (lel, it's hard to tell in pictures what color it's supposed to be). Also there was no instructions describing the figures movements.
