The back legs have two ratcheted hinges, the front legs have one main hing and the feet are on those ball joints. it can be posed bit it won't stand unless all the legs are firmly planted to something.

Its head only moves up and down and rotates, left to right movement wouldn't have been too hard add and would have improved the overall potability of this set.

It has no wings, the best you can do is extend the legs as far out as they'll let you and use your imagination for the rest. This doesn't bother me too much, but I could see it bothering others.
