Hey /toy/
First time tourist in Japan and I've found I might have an opportunity to get to WonderFest. Any veterans want to give me some advice?

Don't bother going unless you plan to middleman for everyone.

For starters call it either Wonder Festival or WonFes unless you want japs looking funny at you.

Nice! I always wanted to go one myself. OP if you do attend this coming feb then please do a sneaky shot of the no pics allowed pictures of figures from figma/Revoltech/Sentinel/etc. or if you are afraid of being caught, just informing us on what was shown would suffice.
Haven't gone yet but it seems like a fun experience, especially if you can tell the artists how SUGOII their stuff is in nipspeak.

Stay overnight at the location if you plan on getting any exclusives. Cote d'Azur is recommended cause they have unlimited Karaoke for 3k per person. Call ahead to guarantee a spot.
Coordinate with other anons or people you're going with with different aims of exclusives or kits. IE one person is responsible for GSC exclusives, one for GKs, etc.
Line starts at 5 am when the first train arrives. Running starts then but the line starts at the escalators outside the exit of the Makihari Messe station.
Anything else?

Oh. If by "running", you didn't catch my drift. Bring running shoes. Really.
I live in osaka, first time going to a big event likr this in japan.
I'm basically only going to buy the 1000toys kugutu figure, as much as l may be interested in the event in general, it doesn't justify the price of going to tokyo.
I guess this will be a test for my limits, l know l hate waiting a lot to get so little in return.
If l manage to get the figure, I'll be able to enjoy everything after, otherwise this will become my first and last time doing something like this lol
