Is there any good "lovecraftian" figures? It doesn't have to be directly related to one. And obviously doesn't have to be cthulhu himself. Just any tenticaly or crazy looking thing that looks like it would fit

>>6112044
At least it's something lol
>>6112037
is that fucking zoidberg?
>>6112044
I actually have that minifigure on my desk, but I put the head on the body of another figure from the set. The fire sorcerer looking dude.
Makes for a neat Cthulhu cultist type fig.
>>6112076
Yeah
>>6112037
Some gormiti figures can be rather lovecraftian if you ignore their pastel colors.
>>6112312
Wait what is that scorpion bug line creature in the case behind them?
I'm not opposed to painting
>>6112354
No idea, grabbed the pic online.
There are dudes out there who paint those figurines with good results.

>Lovecraft
>gotta have tentacles gimme dem ten te cleees
When will this meme end?
Anyway, shin goji
>>6112516
This guy gets it.
Other than that i guess Ultra-Act Ultraman Nexus, his show had a somewhat lovecraftian tone to it.
>>6112354
It's from the British sci-fi series Primeval, which had creatures from the future and past coming through anomalies to the present day.
Most of the figures were released in two packs so that creature could have come with the guy in green on the right. The show ended in 2010 I think so you'll have to check the second hand market.
They're also in scale with the Doctor Who figures which had some beautifully weird monsters - like the orange guy on the right.
There's also meant to be a Diamond Select Cthulhu, but there aren't many details about that.
>>6112312
Mah nigga
There's the Nightmares of Lovecraft figures from SOTA Toys. They can get a bit expensive on the secondhand market. There's Cthulhu, Dagon, and Pickman's Ghoul.
And then if you want tentacles, there's always the Prometheus tentacle-dick-monster-thing. It was part of a TRU two-pack and was heavily clearanced. Not sure what it goes for these days.
>>6113717
Never saw that one.
That show is pretty good.
>>6112516
Are you the guy who makes the long whiny threads on /tg/ about muh Lovecraft and muh marketing and muh plushies?
Semi-related but I want to do a series of 'Lovecraftian' plush. Ionly have Hastur and Nyarlathotep done but I think Yog-Sothoth should be next?
>>6120411
Man, that Hastur looks cute
Any pic for Nyarlathotep?
>>6120411
Shit, if you make my waifu shub niggurath, i'd be down to buy it.

>There's also meant to be a Diamond Select Cthulhu, but there aren't many details about that.
Diamond rep on Fwoosh posted an update the other day:
The Cthulhu prototype is 10-11 inches tall, or maybe more. Bigger than Abomination. We had him on the list as a Select figure at $24.99, but we made that list before he arrived and we saw him. He may cost double, or maybe more, we don't really know. Once we send it to the factory, they can let us know what it will cost to produce (tooling, materials, paint applications, packaging, freight costs). We may need to do that before we solicit it. Not sure we'll bring him to TF again, but maybe.
Vilgax is a good one, shame no good figure exists of him.
>>6125008
He's just perpetually screaming in this tiny, horrible voice.
>>6128842
Someday, she is definitely on the list.
>>6120411
>Cute as fuck Hastur
>>6129116
>Creepy Screaming Nyarlathotep
Dude these are cool as fuck, great job
I assume the this Nyarlathotep version is the tongue one, amirite? if so, the tongue head need to be longer and in color red as some artwork depicts it,, IMHO, but nonetheless awesome job, Squid-kun

The head-tentacle is longer, the angle for the photo is terrible. In the future, though, I want to do printed plush in the style of my octopi so I can make some skin textures with gradiants and other details. I feel like it would add to the otherworldly weirdness.
>>6131224
>the angle for the photo is terrible
Oh, I see, from that angle it looks like the tongue-head was shorter.
>I want to do printed plush in the style of my octopi so I can make some skin textures with gradiants and other details
That will be god-tier.and truly will add otherworldly weirdness to the plushies, as the detail in your octopi was beautiful.
Elder Thing next?
>>6128873
I was expecting it to be an expensive one but $50 wouldn't be too bad at all.
iv considered picking up Cthulhu wars just for the figures
Surprised no one has mentioned this yet, but an indie toy company called Warpo did a retro line called Legends of Cthulhu a little while back.
>>6131590
Even did a giant Cthulhu monster.
>>6131245
I want to complete the GOO/Outer Gods set first ('complete' lol, I don't think I'm gonna get anywhere near all of them) before I move onto the other critters, probably starting with the Byakhee. I've got plans for Yogs involving galaxy prints, as well as a design for Azathoth. Shubby needs more work before I can start on her.
>>6131590
If these had more readily available (and like $5 cheaper) I would have army-built the hell out of those deep ones. As it is, I just got a single cultist off of ebay for cheap.
>>6131590
Did they ever reach their stretch goal in getting "The Author" figure made? I wasn't interested in the other figures, but I'd be totally on board for a action figure of ol' Howie himself.
>>6112037
>>6135911
Unfortunately no. I was hoping they'd include him in their second wave, but that seems to be going nowhere after their Krampus KS failed.
>>6135812
>I've got plans for Yogs involving galaxy prints, as well as a design for Azathoth.
That sound bretty gud, Squid, Please keep up posted in the work in progress.
