It's pretty hard to get excited about any of the wrasslin' stuff when there's such a huge disparity between the super detailed heads and the phoned in bodies. After the shading and detail that went into bruce lee, the cheapo looking shiny bodies on these are just confusing.

Mezco's figures have standard jointed bodies under cloth and armour. Of course they'll hold up over time.

The issue here is that Bandai are trying to make seamless bodies similar to Hot Toys or Phicen in 1/12 scale. Go and look up 'Hot Toys rubber degradation' to see what can go wrong.

It's taken Hot Toys years to make seamless bodies that don't instantly disintegrate, and this is a field Bandai have zero experience in.

You probably want a more realistic Tanahashi, but maybe if the Tiger Mask W Figuarts are popular they could branch to characters like Tanahashi and Okada. Odds are they'd probably opt for original designs as to not have to pay for likeness (even though it's based on the anime I'd assume they'd still have to). We'll see. The line's got me pretty excited. I actually started watching the show before the figures were announced in anticipation that some would be made.
