Those stories were okay (Empire was edgy as fuck though) but alternate dimensions open a can of worms that Bionicle hasn't managed to deal with properly thus far IMO. Either make it the focus and utilize its potential, or keep it a side story that cannot possibly affect the main plot -- so none of this "oh there's another Teridax fucking about in the crowd somewhere, with no one paying attention" crap. I doubt the G2 guys could have pulled it off in a presentable manner, considering they couldn't even do a generic spider invasion plot right.

I'm going to gather the parts and build him next year, regardless of the missing parts. Sure, I would've liked to see those, but Master Onua's vanilla chest design works just as fine, the cloth skirt can be replaced by Kylo Ren's waist cape like pic related or a birckbuilt one like his JTO form, and I don't even think that big staff with the flags fits him that much. Hey thanks! I think playability is important. Even though the models are mainly just for looking at.

This is something I'd like to see happen with the CCBS hands. Add a bush (?) in the middle of the hand with no lock in-between so that cross-pins can go right through it. Because, why not? It'd look more natural when holding things. Right now it looks like the thumbs aren't really in use. You also wouldn't have to pretend that the sword you made has a handle on it.

And short bio:
Nuhvok-kaha bohrok of gravity. A member of 6 sentient Bohrok that have named themself the Bohrok-Kaha.
Nuhvohk-Kaha is a master of gravity, the device on her back powers her elemental powers and gives her acces to some kick ass ways defend herself. This device however is very heavy and to still maintain mobility she decreases the gravity around herself thus making her lighter and increasing her mobility by alot.

As known Nuhvok-kal destroyed himself when he created a blackhole around himself which he got sucked into. Nuhvok-kaha can create (small) blackholes to fight her foes or to use it to absorb projectiles.
Other powers include being able to modify the gravity of an area or around others making them float away at the slightest push or increasing it, making them unable to support themselves.

Looks alright so far, but I have to reserve my judgement until it's finished. If you don't mind a few critiques on a wip, the tail looks a little thin, those talons are a smidge too big, and the wings could use some work.

It's all about lighting. There's other stuff to worry about too, of course

But lighting is no.1, the most important. Without it, you're guaranteed looking at fuzzy fuckall. You don't even need a complicated setup. If you don't have the space for a lightbox, find a bland or blank backdrop and a desk lamp or other light source you can focus on a point. Now take a paper towel and attach it tout to the head of your focused light with tape/elastic/whatever for a diy diffuser. Also, more than one light source helps with eliminating harsh shadows that make photographing black stuff a pain. For pic related, I used an overhead light to the left and a standing lamp to the far right to make it look a little dimmer.
Posing, I can't really help you with, as it goes hand-in-hand with how you've built your moc. Look at references if applicable. Last major thing is focus, which is really simple. With a digital camera, hold down the button slightly to change focus. On a touchscreen device, tap the subject. Take several pictures from the same pose and angle, especially if you are not using a tripod. Also, editing in post is the tops. If you screw up something small or the colors look off, you can fix it in gimp, paint.net, cs6, etc.
And that's pretty much all the basics, unless I forgot something.

A White background can improve stuff by alot. Its easy to do so as well, all you need is a big sheet of paper and place it against the wall like pic related.

After you've made the picture you might want to adjust the brightness etc. a lil.
The best light is either bright white or sunlight. You can also invest in a lightbox or make one yourself. I made one out of a cardboard box, white piece of sturdy paper and some crêpe paper(? The thin paper that lets light through). You can find multiple guides online tho.
