On the hasbro pulse instagram. They reveal two people to vote for, and then put the winners in a final 4 vote. So far we have Songbird vs Solo, Typhoid Mary vs Lasher, and Citizen V vs Scream. I would love Scream to win (or even Lasher), but Songbird is probably gonna win by a mile. I'm actually okay with it since she needs a figure anyway, and she's one of my favorite female marvel characters, but I just love symbiotes

Sure Cyclops is going to be scalped to death and back, but a lot of times people will buy figures just based on how they look or even the slightest familiarity with the character. Even if they aren't a popular character or one that appeared in the comics for ages, they can show up in other mediums (cartoon, movies, promotional art, etc.) and therefore gain that familiarity and warrant to buy their figure.

Seriously, this is pure speculation. No one knows the details. Lego certainly made the civil war set spider-man comes in a later release. It may not be a sony thing and simply a disney thing. They are particular about their princesses and so on. Like Wendy from Peter Pan is never featured with the princesses, she HAS to be with peter pan. All of this could be prevented if Hasbro would just fucking sell solid cases in a timely fashion.

They tried once, didn't make a trillion dollars in 30 seconds, backed off for awhile, and now sometimes offer them in the most ass backwards way. They either solicit them after the wave and cancel them or solicit them with the wave but drag their feet for months and then only deliver the leftovers. It's frustrating as fuck because smaller shops know what will sell and we just get fucked over and over.

Everybody here was crying for Spider Gwen and Ashoka. They were solicited in May for May delivery, along with old Han Solo (which I wanted). So I ordered Gwen and Solo. Well three days later they cancelled Solo and I'm still fucking waiting for Gwen. By the time they get here I will have to donate them to Goodwill because the mob will have moved on to the next shiny.

I think he scales much, much better with the Selects, but to each their own (a sentiment you wont find often around here). Not quite right. There will be 2 new molds, the one for Spidey UK and one for Spidey 2099. They will be roughly the same height as Bucky Cap but the former will be more buff while the latter will be more lithe (and also have butterfly joints). So they're not replacing Bucky Cap but they're making 2 new molds to compliment it and allow for greater variety among that size (which is the roughly 6' mold, which a lot of characters happen to fall into).

I have/had all of them save for Magneto, and they sucked. The bodies are (mostly) fine, but I'm not buying bodies, I'm buying depictions of characters. They all fall really fucking short in being even the slightest bit impressive/satisfactory.

Eh, kinda fair but the molds aren't the worst and they fit the characters well enough that I would give them a passing grade. It is nice that they seem to be slowly be more open to things like sculpted details, and slowly introducing more articulation into their figures. Taskmaster is a perfect example, lots of unique parts, plus the ankle swivel right above the shin. He has to be one of the figures I was most impressed with this year in terms of Marvel Legends.

My Spider-Man case came in today, the Space Venom wave. Really great figures all around. The females don't do much for me since I'm not familiar with the characters, but Hobgoblin looks real good, Electro's great (though he should've had extra hands too), Space Venom looks interesting, even though he's the last thing I would've wanted. Ah but the Ultimate Spider-Men rule. I love the unmasked heads, I love the new bodies. Really nice work.

I had a partswap custom going for awhile before I got rid of it: Salvage head, arms, coat from Fury, place onto Winter Soldier body. Only needed to fill in the gaps on WS's let shoulder, pop some epoxy into Fury's neck hole and apply some paint, but never got around to it.

Went to the local Walgreens last night while I was out and about, just to check their toy section. Wasn't expecting anything, they've had the same selection of exclusive DD's and Black Ant's forever and never get new waves on time. But I saw they actually got the new X-Men wave.

All they had left were Ice Man and Rogue, though.

To any West Coast Canadians, it looks like we're finally getting the absorbing man wave. Saw Ben Reilly, Speed Demon, and Beetle at a Walmart.

Toys r us has the xmen wave online! I bought meme pool and wolverine since those will be harder to find and I have cable already pre ordered. Probably will get havok and iceman from toybiz for $15 and I'll hunt down the rest.

Hrm... HasbroToyShop put up the SDCC 2014 stuff on their site a week+day after it ended. How long did they wait for 2015 (which I can't find)?
