OP, just use folded up pieces of toilet paper in the joint socket. You need to add friction that won't rub away, and toilet paper works. Just fold up a small square, insert it, and if it's still loose insert another.

At this point only casuals still suggest Future/super glue, because even in the Customs General thread it's acknowledged that paper is best.
