Can I get recommendations for horror figures, toys, statues, etc?
So any suggestions, specially on human looking characters would be appreciated!

I know people love or hate these, but I am a huge fan of the Mystery Mini line. I've got nearly all of them from Series 1 and 2. Neat figures with a wide variety.
I heard good things about the Movie Maniacs line and Cult Classics (I think it's called?). Soon we'll be getting An American Werewolf in London figures, and I believe more figures from The Thing.

I'm also very interested for this topic.
I wanted to direct you to spooky skellington general but it died and became a ghost general. You can sometimes still hear clicking late at night because of the Revoltech Skeletons.
>>5795346
Are those really figures or stickers?
>>5795357
That's just the promotional art on the blind boxes they come in. This is Series 2, which you can still find in stores. Series 1 is discontinued, but you can find them on eBay for a pretty penny.
They are ~2 inch, stylized vinyl figurines. No articulation, but if you fall into that niche then they're pretty neat. I'd like some actual horror action figures though.

Mezco is doing Universal Monsters, hopefully they'll expand from that into other general horror properties though.
>>5795377
They look fine, I don't get the hate.
At least they look small and have more personality than those fucking things...
What about Mcfarlane toys? are they any good?
>>5795573
They look great, but articulation is minimal. I am a fan of their Leatherface.
Neca has been killing it lately with their horror figures. Pic related especially. Also I look forward to buying every upcoming Freddy Kruger release
Sideshow has a sweet Jason statue coming in August.
How was the Killer Klowns line?
>>5795909
The NECA Jason isn't. The Sideshow Jason is $500.

there are supposed to be The Thing figures coming out some day in 1/6 and 1/12 for monsters and characters.
Mine excited because just so i can add another figure of Kurt Russel to my collection.
YOOOO OP
Horror figure enthusiast right here.
If you want good articulated affordable horror figures, do what everyone else is saying and go with NECA.
Here's a list of what to look out for.
OUT NOW
>Ultimate Nightmare on Elm Street Freddy
>Ultimate Friday the 13th Part 6 Jason
(Head usually sits loose on the neck, but it isnt much a problem posing it
>Ultimate Leatherface
>Evil Dead 2 Henrietta
UNRELEASED
>New Nightmare Freddy/Demon Freddy
>Ash vs Evil Dead line
>Ultimate Friday the 13th Part 3 Jason
(Basically a rerelease of their previous ones combined into one figure. But be warned, every version of this mold commonly has loose hips)
>Ultimate Evil Dead 2 Ash
SIDE NOTES
-Pop Culture Shock Toys are releasing figures for American Werewolf in Londons, and The Thing (Pic related). From the pictures we've seen it looks like they're going back to the old days of horror figures, meaning the legs are static, no articulation. (I hope not, those are boring/odd choices to pre-pose those legs in)
-NECA also has a bunch of more obscure horror stuff in their retro/Mego throwback line, like Part 5 impostor Jason and Chop Top from Texas Chainsaw Massacre 2, so if you're into 8" figures with awkwardly baggy clothes look into that.
-There's a ton of more obscure characters that were made back in the day in McFarlenes movie maniacs, NECA's Cult Classics Line, and Amok Time's Monstars. Alotta them are outdated though, with slightly off sculpts and almost no articulation.
-NECA did release a awesome Part 4 Jason, but they will most likely release an Ultimate version of it like they did with Part 3, so I'd just wait for that instead of paying crazy aftermarket prices.

So how much for any of these?
>>5796975
Not that anon, but I am also a horror collector.
Ultimate Freddy, Jason and Leather face run anywhere from 30-60. But if you watch new listings on eBay you can typically get them for cheaper.
Evil Dead 2 Henrietta hoovers around 30-35 and NECA won't be releasing a new one.
If you're not into the ultimates and want the Mego style clothed ones, they'll cost you more, however, on the Toys R Us website they have some good ones in stock for around 30 dollars free shipping:

I recently bought that new leatherface (pic related) and it looks a lot better in person.
But yeah, NECA pretty much has all of the licenses for most horror movies you could want. You should check out their website to see the other ones that have released and the ones that are coming out.
>>5796786
All those figures that I listed are basically $18-$22 at retail, so that's what to expect for the unreleased ones.
>>5797182 got em right too for the released ones aftermarket prices, and the MEGO ones.
OH YEAH ALSO
I forgot to metion the fully sculpted Ultimate Chucky on the not released list and the MEGO styled chucky that comes bundled with the Childs Play BluRay collection. They also have a good Ghostface from a couple years back when Scream 4 came out.

>NECA pretty much has all of the licenses for most horror movies you could want
Yeahhh but man, I wish they were able to get Halloween, huge bummer. I wish they'd give Hellraiser another go to.
>>5796786
>>5797625
You also forgot that they're doing a new Ultimate Part 3 Freddy
>>5797648
oh shit yeah, and a 1/4th scale Part 2 Freddy but that's an 18" figure. Probably not as popular as the smaller figures
>>5797648
I cannot wait for this. Its almost like an ultimate-ultimate Freddy
>>5796786
we're never getting an American Werewolf with any goddamn articulation, are we?
>>5796786
Wait are they actually doing Thing/American Werewolf figures or just the $400 statues listed on their site?
Horror is a stretch. But I love my IBM
>>5795377
That Creature looks fantastic. Do these have codes or something?
>>5801083
I don't know a damn thing about the source material, but LOVE Aijin's lanky design. Worth getting based on the kickass body design?
>>5806916
Not that guy, but seriously get him.
I wasn't familiar with the character either, and yet it literally became my favorite figure within a few minutes of handling it.
>>5801083
It'd fit right in any horror movie even if the series itself isn't horror.
>>5806916
Not that guy or >>5806925 this guy but I also heartily recommend it. He's fun to pose and looks amazing. Plus he's super big (7.8 inches tall) and imposing. Here he is posed next to the 6.2 inch tall Shinichi and 6.6 inch tall Jonathan Joestar.
