So two Walmarts around here somehow, someway, got the Civil War wave, and put them out.

These are the first stores in the area that have had ANY Civil War MLs, and both times...every figure is there, but not Black Panther.

Fucking of course.
>>
>>5730065
Quit your bitching.
BP is getting his own case soon. Plus, you have Nuke to hold you over.

...You did get Nuke, right?
>>
>>5730081
Never heard of impatience? Or wanting product when it's supposed to be available?
>>
I got 12 inch Spidey yesterday. He's great.
>>

The people who scalp are there when the store opens and know when the trucks come.
>>
>>5730084

Because if I come across the entire wave while I'm out getting groceries, it's pretty frustrating that I can't get the figure right then and there.

Fuck Marvel for forbidding anyone but Hot Toys from making X-Men movie figures. I want a six-inch movie Deadpool with Reynolds head.
>>
>>5730162
This.
All I want is a fucking 6" movie Quicksilver and Deadpool.
>>
>>5730169
This. Also I want DOFP Magneto and Apocalypse too. Being an X-Men fan is suffering.

>inb4 Apocalypse sucked
Yeah well he sucks in the comics, and the movie just adapted him as-is and basically made his design more appealing.
>>
>>5730065
I had to take a trip for some furniture today so I decided to go on a hunt in most of the toy stores on the way.

>4 Walmarts
>2 Targets
>1 TRU
>2 Walgreens

Only Captain America, Red Guardian, and Iron Man to be found, a sad day indeed.
>>
>>5730299
my walmart had 2 cases, both panters were gone, everyone else remained.

there are so many D and F list characters in this wave it's going to hopefully be easy to pick up the other figures for cheap on amazon

The selection of ML at the Marvel store in Disney Springs is an absolute joke.
It's an unspeakably large number of Wasps from the Ultron wave and absolutely nothing else.

The preorders have been up since the beginning of the month.

There are a few places that still have preorders for the whole wave, but the only place I'm seeing Deadpool still on preorder as a single is cmdstore. He's $50.00 there, and he ships from Canada, so, you'll wait for him to clear customs even after the wave ships out to customers.

This.

I mean, I get it. He's not popular and anyone who doesn't know anything beyond the movie will think he's just some random dude but really he's the closest thing to a classic archnemesis to Deadpool. Simple as it was, I'm glad the movie even used him while updating his original cyborg design to look more modern while still keeping the general colors of his appearance (black and blue).

Play it cool there tough guy. It's not that I cant pose them, its that I;

A: hate the joints they use. I see they used those terrible little double ball joints in the shoulder that are literally the WORST joint that revoltech makes. This was my biggest complaint with Ultron

B: I hate the plastic and paint they use. The plastic is too soft, and the paint chips easily.

I'm no hasbro fanboy, but I'm not gonna spend $60 on the revo with better options are on the horizon.

Really, I'm just excited to see what they do with it. There hasn't been a movie venom in a decade, so we're for sure getting a comic design from a japanese company for once. I honestly didn't know how hyped I'd be for this. A revoltech Venom the size of ultron could end up being amazing.

>>5735427
I'll agree on those being weak structurally, but I really do like the actual design. I just think they don't hold up for for more weighty limbs, they were made for older revols that were decidedly smaller than the usual 1/12 stuff. Looking at the figures I own that use them, ultron and venom snake are huge compared to stuff like the lupin figures, and they're also only ones I've ever had that joint pop apart on.

Honestly if yamaguchi would just cool it with the retarded joint placement every once in a while I'd be 100% cool with revoltechs. The joints don't really look much worse than figmas, I like the sculpts, and the articulation really does make them fun to pose.

To be fair, I thought Ultron's joints were easy enough to tighten with the usual methods (shine or superglue depending on your choice).

Besides the initial floppiness, it was actually a smart way to go about doing his shoulders else you get the fucked up scenario like the Figuarts where it can barely move, due to unique Ultron's shoulder design in the first place.

Does anyone actually know when the new Spider-Man wave comes out?
I've heard either next month, or in the next 10 days.

Any chance at a Steve Rogers? That's the last piece I need for the BAF.
>>
When is Revoltech Deadpool coming out?
>>
>>5732189

Fucking A. Please tell me it has alt heads and not just 2 variants.
>>
>>5734832

Ok. You fag.
>>
>>5736637
heard PO is at the end of this month so generally 2 months after PO opens
>>
>>5736637
Postponed indefinitely due to a lawsuit by Hasbro.
>>
So how long until they make a ML of Gwenpool
>>
>>5736148

Dude, stop telling people to pre-order or those will run out faster too. Let them hunt for it if they want to.
>>
Deadpool preorder starts 6/17

10/22 release

6264 yen

So like 5000-ish with regular discounts.
>>
>>5736719
none, japan doesn't give a shit unless it's MCU
>>
>>5736731
Good thing he said ML then and not Figma/Figuarts/Revoltech/etc.
>>
>>5736427
Does no one know?
>>
>>5736570
You think the Mageto head is cute? It has literally no features...
>>
>>5733331
WTF. Hows it feel to love a movie that skips around?
>>
>>5736763
How are we supposed to know exactly when it'll be released? Do you never read these threads? Because your question has already been answered numerous times.

Different e-tailers/retailers ship/put out cases at different times. They're probably sitting in their warehouses by now.

Next month is only 14 days away, can you not wait that long?

I just want a figure of this guy
>>
>>5736763
These things have no set in stone release dates like for example games or movies do. When they get them shipped to stores and move them to aisles.
>>
>>5736148
If Hasbro actually starts having better QC then I would preorder Legends figures. Hasbro's hit or miss paint apps are the only reason I still go to brick and mortars. I'd rather stop by walmart after work than get a cross eyed Rogue in the mail.
>>
>>5736936
Speaking of, I ordered ML Iron Man fig online and he has two small nicks on the paint on his face. Any tips on how I can fix it?
>>
Can anyone confirm if this is real or knock-off? I wouldn't be worried, but the last time I bought ML from ebay they where pretty bad and not anything like what was pictured.

>>
>>5737090
knock off
>>
>>5737094
Fuck. Guess I'll have to wait for the Juggernaut wave then.
>>
>>5736850
Yeah I'd buy that.
>>
>>5736936
Is there a trick to getting a popular character on the shelf? Is there a certain timing for figure restocks, like hasbro truck coming every Tuesday or whatever?

My local store only have rejects like Finn Jakku, Mockingjay and Sharon Carter. My Target is still stuck with dozens of Misty Knights and nothing else.
>>
>>5737100
It's just a month away, maybe less. Plus I have two of the grey version of that and it's pretty awful. Can you even hold his swords well.
>>
>>5737142
I like that a Hunger Games title is more immediate for your brain to go to than an actual bird
>>
>>5736812
no i can't wait that long i'm a big desperate baby
>>5736906
ok cool thanks

Live in a better area.

I just got this perfect-if-his-articulation-wasn't-cut figure the other day because there are two TRUs in my area and i decided to go to the ghetto one because my brother wanted to get something in a grocery close by.
There's also a Target and WalMart two minutes away i normally dont go to, because there are 2 other Targets and 2 other WalMarts that are within 5 minutes of my home.
Within 15 minutes, there's about twice as many and a TRU Express.
20 minutes and i have over 10 options (only 2 TRUs still though).

Then there's all the comic book shops, Walgreens, Rosses, Marshals, TJ Maxxes.
I actually found this guy for $8 at a Ross the other day. Was he hard to find? didn't get him, because notmyvenom.

huh, i forgot i was supposed to post another image

Huge shame he's missing all waist articulation. Everything isn't important for this figure.

nah, he's overstocked now
not a bad figure but those hips are shit
>>
>>5737947
They really were. I had half a mind to swap his lower waist and legs out with someone else's, but that'd require cracking open the torso and it's a little much for me.
>>
Fuck I want a Revoltech Agent Venom that would be so sick, it's a shame that it's not as thing that would actually happen even now that we're getting comic-style Marvel Revoltechs

I fucking hope we get 90s wolverine though that might actually happen
>>
>>5738110
i rather they make a jim lee cyclops
>>
>>5737947
That whole base body is fucking garbage, add on the fact that the vest/shoulder pads were a cover piece just rendered most of the articulation useless. He can't do any dynamic poses, let alone hold guns properly.
>>
Preorder for Revoltech Deadpool is live now on HLJ.
>>
>>5735271
literally can't seen any elbow joint in those photos but by all means continue trolling
>>
>>5738167
I mean, it's obvious what he's talking about, plenty of people hate on Revos and imports in general because of the joint engineering, but I'd argue it's no less unsightly and obnoxious than the ML joints.
>>
>>5738151
Nice, thanks for the heads up.

I agree.
Both have their drawbacks and positives.

Of course, i absolutely hate joints when they're like this.
Fucking stupid and a waste of a perfectly great sculpt.
>>
>>5738192
I see it this way, domestic figures are sculpted in a neutral stance with articulation added after the fact, which is why they can look stiff sometimes when posed dynamically. Revos are probably sculpted almost the opposite, with dynamic posing in mind, and neutral stance as almost an after thought.

Those turtles are ugly af when standing still, but when posed are some of the most fun turtle figures out there. Like you said, pros and cons. It really comes down to what the individual wants. No point in arguing really, all kinda subjective.
>>
so is max factory gonna show their deadpool figma soon?
i like skinny athletic deadpool compared to muscular one
>>
>>5738203
Wonder fest is coming up in July, unpainted prototype will probably be shown. One of the people working on the sculpts tweeted that he's looking really good.

Has there ever been a time when an employee who is trying to shill their product online say that the product they're working on looks really bad?
>>
>>5738234
True, but that wasn't really the point. All that was meant to imply was that they're probably about to finish it in time for the festival.
>>
>>5734373
>just gonna turn my hea-
>oh gotta turn my whole fucking body to see anything
>>
eyoo wassup
>>
>>5738491
Well that actually doesn't look half bad. The limbs look a little thinker than they did in that blurry ass photo, really helps the look
>>
>>5738491
woah where's this pic from?
>>
>>5738491
Is that wave already out?
>>
>>5738747
I don't think so. I can only get pre-orders online and haven't seen anything in stores. Although stores in my area are notoriously slow for getting new MLs. I still have Rhino and All-Father wave still on pegs.
>>
>>5738553
some dude in china, read toyark for more info
>>
>>5738491
I like it.
>>
just got shipping confirmation for Fury and BP from dorkside
>>

Would've been nice to have had proper gun holding hands too.
