WWE figures come with lots of props. They're accessories for 7" figures, but for something like a trash can or a stop sign or a steel folding chair you can't really tell the difference.

scenery props are doll house stuff, usually. These can get stupid pricey.

Bandai is making more effect pieces but they are kinda meh.

The guy suggesting wwe props is spot on, you can find bundles of their props on ebay often.

As far as other stuff like blood effects your only real bet is a customizer this guy mentioned

Canofbeams makes a lot of stuff and takes orders like once a month. They also post here sometimes, but usually either in the gunpla general or doing photoshoots for newer figures.

Their stuff can get pricey depending on what you are getting, but it's much nicer than stuff you'd get with a figure regularly.
