There were the Atelier Sai 1/12 action figures that came out 10 years ago, which are now rare and expensive. They're not that good compared to modern figures: their joints are floppy and they can't stand unsupported.

Aoshima's motoslave model kit goes for fairly cheap on Mandarake. Glue, waterslide decals and paint are required, and it's a partsformer. Only Priss is available, and while it claims to be 1/12 scale, the hardsuit is 5.25" tall which makes it more like 1/14.
