Most of the Sunrise's BDs now do carry English subs. But only post-2010s, from my awareness, and only Sunrise does so all the times. There are some exceptions, though; like JJBA you mentioned, which I wasn't aware of, and FLCL BD remastered release also had English subs, from what I remember hearing.
