Some sort of generic fantasy with final fantasy tropes and the like, kinda got inspired by ryuutama and the idea of one obscure spanish/mexican (who knows) game named mystical heroes, the game isnt even playable but the idea behind it its cool

Well, if you just want to emulate tropes, you can do that easily in RISUS or FATE/Accelerated.

Savage Worlds could handle it with a few unique advances, and pre-defined powers. Plus it's pretty simple.

Strike! mite be worth a check, it's got a vaguely FFT style combat system, except simplified down to only using a d6 or two, and is otherwise light/narrativist like FATE.
