Use Burning/Cunning Wishes. During a Shahrazad game, your instants/sorceries are outside the CURRENT game, which makes them fair targets for Wishes. Sticking Twincast or Counterspell into an Isochron Scepter will probably make this even worse (old school tech used to be Fire // Ice into the scepter for tap+draw or damage as needed), since you can always fetch cards you imprint with the Wishes.

If you're planning on getting to high mana for Revelation, I'd throw in Mirari. Duplicate any spell for +3? Sure, I guess I'm going to Burning Wish for Shahrazad and a Burning Wish. Repeat as needed.
