Not the mobile game, it's a direct port of the table top game. Only has 3 fleets though, imperium, space marine and nids

Try Dropfleet Commander if you're interested by the idea of revamped BFG with actual support and delicious minis.
Not 40K setting though, I know that's a deal breaker for some people.
