I need a setting that revolves around ideas being turned into reality by sheer force of will.
Does it ring any bells?
Black Sun Rising trilogy, absolute shit books but a good idea.

meme magic, also, checked
American revolution.

Prince of Thorns uses this concept.

White Wolf's Mage: The Awakening was literally this, and a really well developed setting. Too bad the rules were typical White Wolf shit.
But if you just wanted ideas to steal, they're not a bad source.

Unknown Armies does everything >>55034017 does with a much simpler system.

You mean like Amber?

Theros setting in MTG had some aspect of this to it.
Does a Discworld god existing if anyone thinks they should exist count?

Elder Scrolls
i'm sure there are a few where "hell" is a place caused by those trapped there wallowing in their own wrongs. Though that is more strength of subconscious than "force of will" i guess.
However the "demons" of settings like that often do have the power to override the trapped beings and bend anything to their will.
