I lost a d8 from one of my chessex sets, (i think someone accidentally took it during my last pathfinder game) and now i'm ocd and autistic as hell about it missing, what do I do?

Um. Go to the chessex website or one of the innumerable dice stores and buy a replacement? Or you could go to your game store and search their dice bin for one.
