Not sure about Dark heresy wargear but for a Venenum their gear usually consists of a Bact-gun (Fires gel pellets with poisons/can spew poisons as a mist), Glass daggers filled with poison (not sure if there's a specific in game name for these), and of course your poisoners case with all your tools and some back up poisons.
