1). Short version was that there was this urban fantasy game where a corporate high-up, slightly ruthless but mostly clean, and his family was a center. It turned out the father was an ancient lich/vampire thing who was the family patriarch and had been for many, many generations. He'd possess one of his sons and would eventually take his shape through magic, until he grew old enough to be "himself" again.
In the campaign, although off-screen, he possessed the body of his son in his sleep, and then run around buying hookers and killing them, and would eventually hypnotise and rape his daughter (the sister of the body in question). There was more to this story, but I can't be arsed to dig up the notes.

2. I used to fap to the story of a kind of vat-grown futa pleasure girl, custom-made by a heretek Magos Biologis. She'd be physically mature, but very young mentally, and bought by a noble couple who'd have her as their maid and have orgies with. I should note I haven't written this down ever before.

And then one of my players show up with what is essentially the trap version of that character in a 40k game, except, well, entirely male and with a bit of more backstory.

Ostensibly so. But it was one of those games where most of the people at the table were couples already irl, and they were all doing something magical realm-y with their actual partner's characters. So it wasn't disruptive or inappropriate.

One couple had a secret relationship with each other in a kingdom where their species would have been super taboo to be dating (human female leader and male orc barbarian). They went at it like rabbits when they had free time, and they had some really funny and entertaining times trying not to get caught or found out that they were dating, and not just a woman and her hired manservant.

The second couple were newlyweds on an adventurer couple's equivalent of a honeymoon. They were both professional adventurers who originally met a couple campaigns ago and got married recently (human male rogue and human female sorc). They had the cute blossoming romance between party members last campaign, and now they got married and are on this campaign as a honeymoon. It's super cute.

The last two people aren't dating irl but they became the de facto third couple since we're 6 people. Human female cleric who is the stereotypical enthusiastic merciful healer class, and human female fighter who hates magic. Fighter doesn't trust the cleric and thinks she's always up to no good for being a spellcaster, and the cleric wants to prove her wrong and that magic doesn't make you bad. Can't cast spells if you can't talk, so the fighter only gets a full night's restful sleep if the cleric is tied up and gagged, stuff like that. It's pretty cute too.

I like blondes, elves, sorceresses, and belly dancers. So I introduced into my setting sort of an elven version of the Bene Gesserit, a sisterhood of beautiful elven sorceresses who, as part of their allure, are also exceptionally skilled dancers. Some of them insert themselves into the courts of various nobles, while others seduce and manipulate wealthy merchants and powerful businessmen. They’re not quite like the Bene Gesserit in that their motives are generally fairly benign, but basically they think that manipulating people into doing good by leading them on still counts as good.

One of the sisterhood is a recurring character who has been a contact and employer for the PCs. She’s a tall, athletic, leggy blonde (because I’m kind of vanilla like that) and has been “helping” the PCs by providing them with information that just so happens to lead them to solve her problems for her. Everything she tells them is technically true, it’s just all carefully cherry-picked and phrased to create the impression that she wants to give.

And because I’m a cheap sap, I’ve also been cultivating a plot thread wherein the sorceress is starting to actually develop feelings for one of the PCs. That’s still maturing, but soon I’ll be able to turn that into a new hook if I ever find myself in need of one.

So, a few big ones out of the way right there. I throw the occasional alraune into my campaigns, which shouldn't seem too suspect either. In my games I feel it's in the game's best interest to include some sort of lewdness, or at least the hint of opportunity for it. Nothing makes a person quite so invested into your game like a waifu that appeals to them somehow.

Between my four players, I've seemed to learn what their tastes are through trial and error.

>The chivalrous knight player has a soft spot for bad girls. I make sure to include random female bandits, Orcs, or sorceresses in the group anytime the party captures a group of people. He's currently courting a female bandit the party captured early in, and is trying to teach her to live an honest life and some proper "swordplay".

>The female playing a male cleric is obviously a yaoi fangirl. He writes letters home to a "friend," a childhood neighbor who appeared in session one of our campaign. The cleric absolutely refuses anyones attempts to read the letters, and often reads them in "private" away from the party. Basically fantasy sexting.

He was the hardest to guess, cause he's a pretty stoic sonofabitch, but his character is a pretty archtypical druid, so I started throwing nympths, satyrs, elementals, and centaurs at him. The druid has formed a sort of partnership with a female Satyr. The Satyr has agreed to watch over the druid's grove for her while she goes out adventuring, and in return the druid has to collect rare spirits and wines for her. Last time the party visited the grove, the druid and Satyr woke up in a tangled heap together after a night of partying. The Druid never spoke of it again, but the Satyr has become even more flirtatious towards her than is even appropriate for a Satyr which flusters the Druid adorably.

Everyone has fun with a little slice of life roleplay, but it did take a while until people became comfortable with it.

I once had my party fight their way through an abandoned mansion filled with haunted outfits of various kinds (utensil-throwing chef uniforms, rake-wielding gardening uniforms, suits of armor etc.) who were all under the control of the mansion's owner: a necromancer who, on her deathbed, had used Dark Magicks™to cheat death by tear the spirits of everyone within the manor from their bodies and placed them into their clothing.

Most of the encounters were fairly normal, but around two thirds of their way into things disaster struck when the party's serious, strong-willed, boyish female fighter and the young male elf sorcerer ended up pinned by a couple maid outfits that proceeded to disrobe then force themselves upon the pair.

The party had previously mentioned just leaving the mansion and heading back to town to rest, so obviously forcing two party members into feminine clothing that was now slowly eroding their free will and could only be removed by defeating the Big Bad Necromancer was PURELY a tactical decision on my part to force the party to see things through to the end. I most definitely didn't do it because I knew the fighter's rival and fellow party member, a stuck-up brattish daughter of some minor noble, would use the opportunity to openly mock the pair and exploit their rapidly lowering inhibitions to force them to spend the rest of the adventurer serving as her personal maids (the maid outfits would impose a will penalty when trying to resist orders issued by anyone with a noble background).

Hell, half the fun of DMing was trying to figure out the players taste (another third was just dicking on them). For my group, in ease of discovery:

The half elf thief player is really into slave / submissive women. Figured that out quickly due to my own tastes. Mine being very power centric females; Orcs in my world will submit fully if defeated, it came out pretty quick when he started specifically targeting the Orcs and purposefully beating them, tried giving him another slave and he took it like hotcakes.

Inversely you lose and they will Dom the hell out of you (this is my side of the coin). They are also extremely maternal. I enjoyed the run where he lost and had to deal with his master always looking out for him. It clearly fucked with him and was amazing.

The female playing male Barbarian player is really into NTR yaoi. I figured out the yaoi part because she reeked of it but the NTR part was originally supposed to block her (the guard captain has a wife women, back DOWN), and she just came harder. She is currently 5 for 5 for the NTR baits. Bitch-gigolo gunna steal yo man. The next one I throw at her might have a Yan attached just for the shitstorm that will cause.

And the Druid is a strait up not-lolicon. He loves his (totally legal...) 1000 year old spirit lolis. I thought making the Dryad take the form of a little girl would make them want to protect her. Had to make the footnote that she was much older then she appeared after the Druid went full ham with the roots. He is also into various animal levels due to his original targets before the dryad being all half beast-whatever. I have yet to throw a more bestial side of the scale (or younger) at him for fear of the results.

All my magical realm is hidden somewhere within my fantasy setting though none of it is overt.

The main one I think however is my taste for skintight latex/synthetic bodysuits on female spy/assassin types that often come up in Sci Fi artwork.
Obviously not having synthetic products available in a fantsy setting I was able to fit them in by creating an entire infrastructure of farming and processing common slimes, where the slimes would sort of be 'dried out' in pans to reduce them to a thick gel that could be combined with further chemicals to create any type/colour of latex like material.
This stuff also had plenty of uses beyond just 'fetish wear' like armour or in its raw 'gel' form it could be burned to produce clear, smokeless flames for usage in lamps and torches (a la Teraria).
