Possibly.

The key element of 'magical realm' as a problem is that it's inescapable and distracting. If it's just this once, it's not being continually thrust in your face, and the DM is still being responsive and engaged when the slutty girl is not front and center, then I'd suggest just considering it a yellow flag in an otherwise fair game.

If it gets worse, no one will judge you for bailing or leading a revolt.
