Fuck up everything but them? With latest FAQ you're considered wiped out if you only have flyers on the table past turn 1. Alternatively, get a shitload of lascanon devs and an ancient with relic banner, so that if the opponent tries to kill them, they could shoot them out-of-sequence. Possibly, you could use some fat-ass transport like LR crusader to get less deployment steps than your opponent, though it's hard against stormravens. Conversely, you could get a load of cheap and expendable units (like inquisition acolytes), set them up on the table and get some hard-hitting drop units in reserves. Flyer rosters are really scarry when they get the first strike, if you deny them that, you're good.
