This. Primaris are clearly aiming for less unit flexibility and more combines arms. I'm ok with it. Though I do agree with anon that more options for the sergeant and characters would have been nice. To make units a little bit different from one another and give some options on making /yourdudes/. Like, you can't even give a captain a bolt rifle, let alone a different power weapon from a sword. There's not even options for melta-bombs, master-crafting (just that some primaris characters get master-crafted weapons and others don't), etc. Those, at least, are upgrades you don't need to represent on the model, so adding them in should not have been a problem.
