Jerry Sanders former mayor of San Diego, a catgirl, a black priest and a short guy all enter an isolated island sent by death to repo-man some ambigious debts and proceed to pillage every village they come across. Mercenary air force in a world not quite unlike our own (think strangereal from Ace Combat) fighting in shitty 3rd world wars and engaging in deniable asset operations for the highest bidder.

A group of bodyguards discovers one of their clients is some kind of Satanists, one of them dies early and becomes a demigod.
