I'm thinking of building a Boros token deck on that note, are there any secret tech I could use with that color and type of deck? and while looking for the cards to use to build it, it obviously came to my mind that the stigma of this kind of deck are the boardwipe cards like Wrath of God
Are there any W/R card that can be used to counter that, or at least can work as a deterrent?

I feel like the deck should be super soft to boardwipes. Am I just trying to go super value early on with land ramp and cantrips? Should I be running boots or grieves? are rocks even useful considering animar is RUG? Any sleeper creatures I could pick up for the deck?

If you're gonna run it on infect might as well run prowler's helm or whispersilk, unless I'm missing something. It works with toshi because of bushido and his ability. If they don't/can't block you get a free swing and loot and if they do block, barring combat tricks or deathtouch, you win every engagement because of bushido applying after blockers assigned and you get a death trigger for his ability.

Doran's strengths lie in his early game, he curves really well and does some pretty mean things with wall of blood and tree of perdition, but relies heavily on his tutors to get the cards that let those swing out.
He may not be the best competitive commander but if you play commander competitivly and still manage to take yourself this seriously then I applaude your conviction.
