How have you incorperated puzzles and other logic traps into your campaign?
I had an encounter with a high level psion who was driven insane by the BBEG (Who was just a major asshole) because he was asked a question he could not answer and would destroy anyone who could not help him
That question?

They had to reroll because they took 3 rounds trying to figure out how to respond.
Sounds dumb, which is 100% fine for a nonserious game.
Only riddles I do are hints at the plotline and things to come. There is nothing worse than when a DM tries to make a legend of zelda dungeon full of badly designed, wholly mandatory and logically inconsistent puzzles.
