Honestly, an unseen servant at will spell item is probably the best for your buck. You still need something to cast it but at level 1 you can cast it 600 times per hour before the first one wears off, meaning you've got 12000 pounds of force you can apply constantly, or 53K newtons.

You just need some way of triggering it.

Meanwhile on geyser mode, you've got 30 gallons of water travelling 20 feet every 6 seconds, meaning 6 meters per 6 seconds, or about 1m/s.

You've got 30 gallons per six seconds, or 22 litres/second.

That's 22 kg/s x 1m/s = 215 newtons, which isn't really that much.

Definitely go with the massed unseen servant, unless you can't afford some sort of way to trigger it constantly.

Thing is, you need have someone there saying a command word every 6 seconds while ordering each thing to go push something. You'd need to have a person paid to do that, or possibly two or three. That's three silver a day, which while not exactly expensive should factor in.

Hm. I also forgot that the limitation is that the servants have to be within 25 feet of the person. That really cuts down the number you can have active at any one time. You can only activate 230 at any one time, so only 20K newtons. Still a lot, but much less than 53K newtons.

Once the bag is full, replace it inside another bag of holding. Once that bag of holding is full of bags of holding, dump it inside another bag of holding.
