I'm not sure I understand you right, but I really don't see how the alchemist cyoa doesn't do just exactly that. The only change is that it's in prose instead of bullet points. Focusing on the sexual stuff just makes the characters seem like fetishbait.
Also, describing a characters romantic appeal definitely doesn't need to be done in the 'five reasons why you should date x!' style.

Another fun variation was a scenario in which you wake up in the basement with all of the options you anonymously chose present. You then have to explain to the highly irate companion that you must have responded to a bored god unwittingly and offer to split the cash reward with them. Take the pornstar option, for example. If you're in there twenty years and she generally would charge $300 for her services. If she worked once a day, every day, for 20 years she would have made $2,190,000. By being in there with you, everything in life is paid for, stress free, and she should come out of it with $2,500,000. You apologize gratuitously for the situation, make friends, offer a cash incentive, and boom. Happy days. Hopefully. If you chose alcohol or drugs she might kill herself or something.

I've always wanted to become a vegetarian for ethical and health reasons, but I've never had the willpower to do so. This will absolutely tie my hands so that I'm forced to eat healthier, AND get a decade of life on top of it. Since my companion is eating the veggies, it will apply to her as well. If you're talking about the 'ingredient list' stuff, yeah, that's what we get from everyone, but that really wasn't my original point. It's more so about where the focus of these ingredients lies. I can't remember any cyoas that focus so much on the sexual stuff, unless we're talking about straight up lewd ones.

If you're referring to the sterile part, I was really talking more about the presentation. Some of the romantic stuff reads like a video game walkthrough "if you do x, y will happen, etc". It's definitely not all of them, but it's something stood out to me, especially because I don't think I've seen this much in cyoas.

For companions, at the beginning, I would suggest a "Any human companion you choose will have agreed to participate in the experiment for their own reasons", to clear up that situation.

A cheap option for literally just pens/pencils & paper would be good, for those that want to write.

I'd like to have different options for how many points that you start with (Mysterious Stranger, Figure of Legend, and Deity Descended, at least), but am having trouble coming up with a reason an anon would choose fewer points (other than the challenge of it, which is rarely motivating to this group).

I already plan to "restrict" MP to the first two, but other suggestions are welcome.

The experiment is flawed, because the biggest problem is the way in which you describe it. Like, the Helen choice is written more like a horror story rather than an actual waifu choice (which can work, just isn't fit for an 'experiment'). Made a build for monster hunter where he would use distill urine for the chemicals necessary to create explosives.

The problem is, to do so with any kind of efficiency he needs more than any one man is capable of producing, so his plans tended to involve convoluted schemes to acquire more 'raw material' for his bombs in between cullings, which he would ride out surrounded by elaborate systems of explosive booby traps.

Where many learn to instead master the hunt of specific beasts I devote myself wholly to mastering how to thrive in an unwelcoming climate and make the rocky cliff-sides and jagged spires of rock as familiar to me as a second home.
The major focus on agility and skill is so I may maneuver about the steep sharp mountainside without worry and instead focus my main form of defeating prey sending them off ledges and let gravity do the heavy hitting. It is why I took some skills like Psionic so I may confuse targets at crucial moments and cause them to loose their footing, falling into the abyss below. And should something need a bit stronger of a push Overdrive is incredibly handy.
And though I will start as a rookie the benefit of Siphoning making everything a tier easier should increase my odds of survival and with the further safety net of Recall + Unleash I should have plenty of chances to fully adapt to the new environment without my mis-steps along the way being fatal.

I said "electricity of this world" to suggest that the that world's electricity may or may not be as reliable as ours. Picking Elvira is risky.

I have mixed feelings about describing Cynthia's discovery like I did because from a certain perspective it makes her significantly more attractive than other alchemists.

Alice can be very useful for anons with scientific ambitions because she can help you meet the right scientists to cooperate with, is a bad teacher only for dummies (not a problem since you wouldn't achieve a lot in science as a dummy anyway), and is smart enough to help you in your research. Obviously, all that is given in exchange for tolerating her flaws.

I'm happy to see someone talking about the non-waifu aspects of my cyoa btw. Reading discussions about Cynthia's, Jennifer's and Elvira's discoveries felt nice.

I'm also kind of disappointed by not seeing people saying they picked Catherine because they didn't want to romance any of the waifus. Being her apprentice lets you study a lot without having to work a lot and gives you very good career prospects, even if you don't want to join her guild.

Whoever thought it was a good idea to send me to a realm of magic was a fool. Whoever thought giving me magic is a greater fool. Back home I had a good life, yet that pales in comparison to the fortunes and power I shall find in this realm.
Everyday shall be spent hunting some new prey, walking and waiting, tracking and tracing, eventually finding their nest. There I shall brutally murder them without mercy, for they shall have none for me. Be it by blade, blood, fist, or fire, I shall have my kill.
With every drop of blood spilled, I recover to fight further. With every second I endure, I grow stronger. Any spells I learn can be charged with spheres of mana. Yet even with all of these skills, it is overdrive where I shall truly shine. It's boosts to my physical stats shall compensate for my lack of quickness, and it's muscle strain can be easily mitigated with spells of healing. With time and training, I shall extend how long I can remain in overdrive farther and farther, as far as I please.
First it's a minute, then five, then an hour, then a day, then as long as I desire.
In what little spare time I have, I shall study the arcane and further train myself, growing in power as I go. Not only will I use the library, but also whatever "underground" contracts I can find. Necromantic rituals, angel imprisonment, ancient weaponry of dark lords, etc. (Cont.)
