This is similar to the stuff that has already been proposed, but I imagine the most powerful and effective cursed item that would play into a fetish of mine would be some kind minor item or apparel that reverses the player character's gender. The person that made the item made it for purely female use, so the item would use its abilities to change any male wearing it into a female for the time being. The longer the user uses the item, the more the item buffs one of their stats at random. The changed stat would also change their personality somewhat as well (increasing their INT might make them more bookish, for instance)

Unfortunately, as the time worn wearing the item increases, the time required for the user to "pop" back to normal increases as well. Even if they took it off, they might have to wait for days if they used it even for a few hours, or weeks if they used it for even a day. Rather than changing back gradually to their original gender, the user reverts nearly instantly after the needed wait period is finished.

Boobplate is only somewhat practical if the boob carriers don't have an indent between the metal boobs, which would make the "boobplate" just have one big boob. Boobplate is impractical, but so is having breasts, and so is women in combat. Although, boobs are a natural armor, of sorts, if you're tough enough to withstand the pain of your breasts almost being cut in half. But you'll still lose alot of blood quickly that way. So I suppose that if a girl is going into combat, a boobplate crafted the right way is fairly decent protection.

I think you really underestimate how easy an unarmored opponent would go down when going up against a broadsword.

No defense whatsoever beyond dodging it, and that's not likely. It would take literally one swing to drop someone.

It's stronger than you think it is. yes, technically the point where the cleavage meets the top base of the plate is a weak-point, but only still to extreme forces.

Speaking from experience in medieval MMA, where we use real and often homemade tempered steel armor and period correct padding, not that cheap shit you buy online, and wail on one another with blunted steel swords, polearms, and maces, it is not enough to cave in that area. You'd sooner dent the curved 'boob' part of the plate, which wouldn't be serious enough to cause more than a bruise, and could be hammered out quite easily.

As for piercing that part of the armor, chances you hit that area directly with a spear or similar polearm are slim, especially if my guard is up, and you'd need to be seriously strong to pierce that spot even with a direct blow. An experience fighter would likely want you to aim there for that reason. You could very easily block a blow aimed directly for you chest, since it's the easiest place to defend with your shield arm. This goes without saying that a blow that glances into the cleavage could put the foe off-balance and open.

You can recover from a glancing blow more easily then the force of a swing stopping suddenly at an area because it got caught in a crevice somewhere on the foe.

I'll reiterate that true steel plate is thick, and I believe you'd need a full-bodied lunge with a spear or short stabbing sword to pierce or deform that section of the armor, and it'd be seriously risky for you to do it. If you weren't successful, you'd be instantly open for an attack, especially if you goofed and got the spear or sword stuck.

The major problem with titplate is that it creates a funnel of sorts, into which all strikes will be directed, which isn't so bad, aside from the fact that your heart and lungs are right behind it, however, this could be a secret advantage.

Because you know that the four to six square inches between the boobs is the end point of any thrust to the chest, you could actually make that particular section reinforced to the thickness of tank armor, and this would, in effect, make the armor really good at taking incoming strikes. Something to ponder.
