What is Wizards of the Coast gonna do when they run out of simple English phrases and words to put on cards? Is this something they talk about at their HQ?

Yes. They carefully ration out names like "Disallow" for cards that are simple, straightforward, and powerful, and ideally, easy to reprint on any given plane.

"What Magic will look like in the future - 17776"

Notice how many of the cards have names based on the plane.
For example: there are about 20 cards with the word "Ranger" in it, but it is accomanied by words like "Norwood", "Murasa" and "Kelsinko". This could potentially go on forever* just for that words.
Things like "dismissal" could easily be "kiora's dismissal", "jace's dismissal"/etc.
Running out might happen, but not before the game inevitably dies.
I sometimes wonder what happens if MtG outlives it's design space. Like, there is not enough space to make good, unique cards to make a new set.
Will sets be entirely reprints/function reprints with new flavor?

>what the fuck is with that girl
Everything
They're already recycling words in German and French. Within the same block at times.

>what the fuck is with that girl
Unflappable pluckiness and determination, Anon.

Well yeah, because those languages are more primitive than English.
